Do not use this inspector! If i could give negative stars i would. This man clearly didn't spend…read moreany time in our house to inspect it or he chose to be negligent. We bought our house after he gave it an inspection basically with all good stuff and a few minor issues. Come to find out our house was a hazardous trap! Exposed live wires outside, electrical switches popping and blowing the fuse, cracked bathtub, single panes windows 5 inches from the ground (not to code), a terrible roof on its last leg, just to name a few things that he had to go out of his way not to notice! And when we reached out, he threw the contract we signed back in our faces in order to wipe his hands of his own negligence. So don't waste your money on a joke "inspector"

I worked with Jim on three occasions and Josh on two. Each time, they were professional, pleasant, and informative. They both thoroughly explained the report to me and was happy to give me more details when I didn't understand some parts of the report. Although Jim and Josh did a wonderful job during each inspection, I am extremely pleased with their job and report during our reinspect. Initially, I thought only the repairs would be reviewed during the respect, but Jim and Josh did a complete house reinspect and I'm so glad they did. During the reinspect, they noticed that there was no air circulating upstairs as it was during the first inspection. If they would have chosen to only reinspect the repairs, we would have been left to fix this problem when it was surely an issue for the seller to fix. Jim and Josh, it was a pleasure to meet you both! Thank you for your service and again, job well done.

We called them on Monday, with hopes to have an inspection on Friday. Their very friendly receptionist told us that Andrew wouldn't be available, but his son, Edward, would be able to do our inspection. My husband and I were a little cautious at first, because Edward wasn't the one who had been recommended to us, per se. Boy were we wrong! Edward has been very thoroughly trained, and is a true professional. He didn't mind us trailing behind him every step of the way, and even encouraged our questions and observations, never making us feel like we were asking a dumb question. He was a teacher throughout the process, educating us about the finer details of our potential new home!! It was a wonderful process, and we would recommend Griffith Home Analysis to anyone.
