Checking in was no problem and getting to the airport quickly took place. The problem was on our return. We had to wait 50 minutes from the time I first called until the time my wife and I were picked up at the airport. If they are busy, there will be problems because they only have no van. If a few flights land at there same time, don't expect to get picked up quickly - unless you are lucky. I will not use this off site parking area again. read more

I found BWI Speedy Park on Way.com and thought it would be good service based on the reviews on that site. When we arrived it took us at least 20-30 minutes to park because the driver seemed to be locked out of their (office/trailer). Thankfully we had time to wait along with the other 5-6 cars. The driver was texting while driving and speeding like a maniac on the way to the airport (I have a heavy foot when driving but, he was very unprofessional and even said a few curse words on the way). When we arrived back to BWI we called and it took over 40 minutes for a pickup. The driver had a bunch of trash in the cup holders and looked like she was having a rough night. We won't be using this company again and suggest you look into this before using their services. By the way, this is not a secure parking lot. Anybody can easily enter without being noticed. read more

Waited for a shuttle for 40 minutes to get to the airport!!! Saving 5 dollars doesn't worth all the emotions that they put your through

I arrived at 4:30 am for a flight that had a boarding time of 6am, noting that the web site advertises they are only a 5 minute ride to the airport. When I arrived, a man approached my car and demanded my flight time - which I told him. He then responded "you might not make it. I have a full car and all of these people. I'll be back in 30 minutes." Is there only 1 shuttle?!? At this point I checked the time and realized that with my airline and my own OCD problems with being late to flights, I couldn't risk my non-refundable flight on this disgruntled man's estimate of his return time. Not only that, but why would I want to stand outside of a dark desolate parking lot for 30 minutes, hoping his estimate was accurate? I drove the 1.5 miles over to the Econopark express where I have parked many times before. It's not worth saving the $2.00 for this disorganized place. read more

I had a 730 flight and came at 550 AM to a filled shuttle. Driver said they were full and would be back at 615, and ended up coming at 645. By the time two other people got on and I parked I reached airport too late and missed my flight. I should have taken heed to the multiple yelp reviews indicating this exact problem, but I will next time. Besides that the people were very nice. read more

They say shuttle comes every 15-18 minutes. I waited 35 minutes plus 10 min to check everyone in. After taxes, I saved $14 for a 6 day park over using BWI $8 /day long term lot. Or $2.33/day. Do yourself a favor and just bust up the extra $2.33 for the reliable BWI parking and airport shuttle. I arrived at speedy at 2:30 and was dropped off at my airline 44 minutes later. For what it's worth the driver was nice, but I'd rather get to the airport quicker. read more

Speedy park was great durning drop off . Alex was helpful and informative. No wait durning drop off. Not so speedy durning pickup on July 14th at 5am, called and the driver (Paul) asked if we could meet him upstairs on the other side of the airport. I said my wife and I have heavy suitcases can you please loop around and pick us up at baggage claim. He said ok. Well after waiting 55 mins! And seeing 3 to 4 shuttles from each of our previous parking services he finally showed up. I believe in second chances so I'll give you guys one more shot. read more

Thought we would try bwi speedy park out! What a chaotic experience! The prices were reasonable. The reviews on Yelp were good, however when we got there it was a different experience. The lot is fenced and appears to be secure, however I was afraid we were going t be late because apparently they won't leave until the can is packed. The first time I used this speedy park in June the customer service was excellent .The second time in July the customer service was very poor! I had made a reservation in advance and was told when I got there the lot was full!!.Sure would have been nice to have received a phone call or email telling me this. Family owned business that showed us outstanding customer service. It seems like only one or two members work per shift so it is a little bit confusing when you arrive and don't see anyone there since they are off driving the shuttle. But park in front of the waiting center and someone will be back in no time (airport is about 5 mins away). They drop you off at your designated terminal and whenever you land and need to be picked up, they're there asap. It was very convenient for only $5/day. You might be skeptical at first looking at the lot but our car was safe there for the whole weekend. It's hard to beat this price and great customer service. read more

If I could put zero I would ! , My family and another couple were waiting for over a hour for a bus to pick us up ! We called many time and nobody answered. We walk into the bathroom and heard the phone ringing in a office next to the bathroom. To find a empty office where our phone calls have been going to . We went into the office to see anyone was there nope there were a bunch of car keys and credit cards on the desk , a gentleman who came in a taxi saying he waited over a hour for them to pick them up and later had to order a Taxi ! From the airport back to the garage because nobody was there to pick him up . He was upset to see his car keys were left in the office unlocked where anyone come take them . Once he told us they took our keys to hold on to them we all left . Please just park at the airport. read more

stranded at BWI airport by BWI Speedy "SLOW" Park last night when I returned to bwi and called for a pick at 6:15pm. I was left stranded at the airport and had to pay for a Lyft ride to my car. I am requesting both a refund for parking $26.60 and for Lyft$ 16.34 for the inconvenience experienced. I called no less that seven times, the voice mail for the pick up request was full, i did leave a voice mail on another extention and would have expected a return call by now as requested Also the driver who was in duty last night first said to me that he had just come on duty, but when the manager, Antione showed up he claimed that he had went to the designated pick up (C-2) and I was not there. I waited from 6:15p to 7pm before I called the Lyft. In that amount of time I could have been home instead of sitting in the heat abandoned at the airport after having paid in advance for a service. would give it zero stars if I could read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I would rate this 0 stars if I could! We parked at this lot last week. Drop-off went smoothly and we were taken to the airport quickly. I did have to leave my key with the attendant because the lot was very full. Upon our return, I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle driver at 9pm, calling three times to find out when they would arrive. The driver was nice but overwhelmed because he was the only one working at the lot. I heard him talking on his phone asking for back-up help which never came. I discovered upon my return that a bag of quarters worth around $40 had been taken from my car. I recognize this is my fault for leaving money in my car (I use the quarters to pay for meters), but I was extremely disappointed to discover the money had been taken. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had parking my vehicle. It took 60+ minutes and 8-9 phone calls on a late rainy Saturday night to get someone to come pick us up. Even though the drivers repeatedly said they were only 7-10 minutes away, it took over an hour to come get us. Of course my toddler lost her mind waiting that long and we almost had to abandon hope that anyone would come shuttle us to a place that the company says is only "5-10 minutes away." And the final kicker was that my windshield had a major crack in it when I returned to drive home which will cost me hundreds of dollars to replace. The savings that the parking lot offered were not worth the time nor expense for the level of service provided!! read more

Its not worth parking at bwispeedypark they are not speedy at all we had a very bad experience parking our truck here parked and paid upfront for 6 days $31.74 with taxes there is only one person operating this lot only one shuttle which he drives it takes time to get to the airport. If you want to park there make sure you get there 2 hours in advance maybe 2 1/2 hours upon my arrival at midnight no shuttle was available called and texted many times left messages no one answer the phone or call back finally after an hour of waiting requested an Uber ($7.82) to get to the lot and picked up my Truck someone call after an hour and ten minutes apologizing and issuing a credit for the full amount to park there for the next time traveling anyways I don't want credit I want a full refund will never park there again really bad experience. read more

I've used this service a few times and never had a problem BUT today (Aug 4th) was horrible. My return flight from Fort Lauderdale was delayed for 3 hours so we arrived back at 3:00am. I called them when we picked up our luggage at 3:19am. We weren't picked up until 4:05am! The guy sounded like he was sleep and kept giving me the run around. He told us to wait at door 1 and he would be there in 20 min. 20 minutes later, we're still waiting. I call back and he acts like he was talking to me for the first time. My husband got on the phone and he told him 10 minutes. Long story short... I'm never using them again. read more

This place is great! The location is convenient, price cannot be beat ($6/day), and service is excellent. Yes, the lot is unpaved and outdoors, but if you're okay with that, it's worth it. Employees are respectful and helpful and get you to the airport quickly. You call when you need to be picked up so you're not waiting around forever. Lot is super close to airport. I saw some negative reviews about the pick-up service of BWI Speedy Park and thought that I should share my positive experience from a trip this weekend. I arrived at the lot pressed for time to catch my flight due to some really bad traffic getting there. The shuttle was right there, and the driver made sure I was processed quickly, and he even picked me up from where I parked my car and dropped me off first. When I got back at 1 a.m. last night, I called the dispatch number twice but only got voice-mail, which concerned me somewhat. But I did not wait more than about 5-7 minutes at the curbside pickup before a van came by to pick me up. Both drivers for drop-off and pick-up were very courteous, and the price was less than the regular economy lot. I would use this place again for sure. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Waited at BWI airport for 1 hour to be picked up from my flight. My luggage was thrown on the shuttle and fell off the luggage rack. Shuttle was dirty and driver drove recklessly. If you have to make a flight it's a crap shoot. Never again, there are other reliable long term parking choices. Upon arriving I had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to return from the airport, but even worse, upon my return a week later, their line was busy for 90 minutes. Booked online for a great low price just days prior to leaving . I was nervous trying a new lot especially after the reviews of this place so I tried to prepare myself by leaving out early. I arrived at the lot to see a fenced in lot and trailers and signs with instructions. A new parking lot attendant told me to park and to come back to the trailer where a van would take me to the airport. I parked and locked up the car and carried my luggage to the trailer.The attendant told me a van had left and would be back shortly. I sit in their waiting room for approx. 15-20 minutes which had bottles of water coffee or tea, restrooms and a small tv to distract you from waiting. The van arrived shuttle driver woman "Tasha " greeted and me and took me to the airport. She explain the pickup and answered all my questions. The return flight was delayed by 4hrs and I returned back to BWi.at 1:30 am. I called and the (night driver I forgot her name was also great .She was at arriving at the airport and picked me right up at the door I was located at. I travel frequently and I will give BWI Speedy Park another try especially if I have the extra time. Suggestions try to have van pickup at a designated door ONLY this will save the company gas and utilize those employees time wisely.. Have some coupons on your website read more

Absolutely horrible!!! May be cheaper but spend the extra $2 and go to a reputable parking garage. It's a one man show and the drivers are rude as sin. You have to wait 15-20 mins for pick up and then another 20 mins or more if other people need to be picked up.
