Really Bad service, pay 70 dollars for a parking lot, out on their webpage, when we arrive the gentleman said he didnt have any spot availables, leaving me scam with 70 dollars that no one helped me with, call several times and just a machine answer the phone not anyone to help me with my refund. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Drop off: had to leave my key and they parked the car because no spaces were available (even though I made a reservation). Sketchy. Took 40 minutes from arrival to the lot to beginning of drive to airport. Way too long! Pick up: waited 55 minutes at the curb at BWI! I was tempted to get a cab back to their lot, but I wouldn't have been able to get my key as no one is there when the driver is out. Woman driver blamed rush hour traffic for our ridiculous wait, but turns out they only have ONE VAN for the whole lot. Back at the lot after 4 days, car wouldn't start. Did they leave something on? Our drive to the airport was super quick, however that was not the case for getting picked up from the airport. I called and he said he was on his way, then 30 minutes later called again and was told he had to pick someone else up in 7 minutes and then he'd come get us. Jeremy the owner of the on October 16th at approximately 7 a.m. overcharged us by approximately $20. We made several attempts to contact him and once we did he said he would credit us. The credit was never received. We called again he promised he had credited us and that it might not have hit our account, which was not true. And lastly according to him he put a $20 bill in the mail and mail it which turned out to be a lie because we have yet to receive it and it's been about 2 weeks. I left my vehicle in this lot for 6 days and it couldn't have been a better experience! The price is great, the shuttle is speedy and efficient and the workers have great customer service. Antwon, I think, works in the morning during the week and displayed excellent customer service! Will definitely return there for my next trip out of BWI. read more

The price for 5 days was a no brainer compared to the other lots in the area but honestly, don't waste your time. The drop off was seamless but pick up was an absolute nightmare. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever encountered. The shuttle driver had ZERO etiquette. I called to request pick up; I was never greeted, his tone was unprofessional and extremely unwelcoming and I was even called out my name and disrespected. This led to an altercation and police were involved. The "managers/owners" arrived and rushed to their drivers defense (which is completely understandable) however they NEVER addressed me as a patron. I am utterly disgusted on how this interaction transpired and even more disgusted at how the driver flipped the whole situation and made himself the victim after he referred to me as a "stupid b*tch." If I could go back, I would've selected a different lot. They should offer a direct line to management and record the phone calls as well as have an attendant in addition to a shuttle driver available. The company as a whole needs a better system in place and they should offer professional development courses for their employees. If I could rate a zero I would. I came back from paradise to be disrespected and insulted. Very distasteful & shame on the couple who own this business! read more

I've parked there a few times and will be again in the end of April. These guys are awesome, friendly, reliable and great rates. I've used Groupon deals a couple times but even without, the prices are more than reasonable. I've had to wait a few minutes on the return end once or twice, but no big deal...these reviews from people complaining about waiting drive me crazy...these guys do their best to be as fast as possible and that's good enough for me...keep up the great work.... read more

Don't go to this place, it's a scam. Basically when you arrive they will overcharge you from your credit card about $20-30 on purpose and then tell you they will refund when you come back from your trip. Then you will never get your money back. The manager will tell you you will get the refund tomorrow. They will keep lying and telling you they will send the refund if you call. Trust me this is my personal experience second time they doing this to me. That's how they make money because they don't make much just making five dollars a day. We had a really bad experience with this lot. Departure was fine: nice people, reasonably quick service. Return was a nightmare. I called them at 9:55 pm: Driver 1 said he was dropping people off at the lot and would pick us up after getting their cars for them. He estimated 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called again: voicemail. After another 10 minutes, I called and got Driver 2, who said he'd be right over. 15 minutes later, he arrived, very apologetic. It turned out that Driver 1 had left work at 10 pm, right after talking to me: he did not tell Driver 2 to pick us up. The van picked up at three more stops. Everyone had had to wait -- one man had waited for an hour and a half. When we got to the lot, we had to help search for our cars in the dark, poorly-lit lot. I felt sorry for Driver 2, who had to listen to all of our frustration and anger. This company is poorly managed. The employees (aside from Driver 1, who straight-out lied to me) are nice, but the staffing is inadequate. Save yourself some frustration and park elsewhere. read more

Do not park here...you are better off using BWI Airport transport. Drop off was fine until we stepped on the shuttle which had stains smeared near where we sat. The bus was ragedy and nasty but the lady was ok UNTIL she started complaining about passengers not following instructions. Our flight returned at 7am and we were ready to go home....my honey called them at least 8 times, no answer. I also called, no answer. An hour later, the dude tells us hes been waiting at a certain door which is NOT were passengers are picked up. It was cold, and we were tired. No apologies for the late pickup or issue with pickup location. Last but not least, this shuttle was clean.....almost new, no stains. It felt like it was ran by 1-2 ppl who live somewhere near cause they treat the service as if they will come when they are ready.....forget what the hell you need to do with your time. Got there on the 9th...we had to wait for the (1) shuttle they run back and forth...we were running late due to traffic coming 2 hours...however the kind gentleman was very friendly and did his best to assure us that he would get us there in great time and he did...it was a priority you could see that...it was a bit taken back to the presence of the property it is a tucked away location that seems like you are at first in wrong spot...and not very well announced...the parking it self is awful...uneven non paved old gravel lot...also mind you it was not secured we pulled right in with no attendance until the gentleman showed up...now when you leave you give them your return info and phone # told to call to confirm your flight return...so our layover was in Vegas coming from CA and I called to remind them seeing our return was 1am the gentleman who just really was a "wtf" kinda talk was like ok well just call when you plan lands...ok...so I did! At 1:04am I then was told with no other attitude change or words then "k, do you have your baggage...no I was told to call when the plane landed...OK call or text this # when you have you bags!" Soooo this is what we did we shot the number a text saying we have our bags and we are at door 3 on lower level at 1:19am ...so we went out and stood...and stood...I at 1:39 I text with ??? And nothing...at 1:42 we saw the empty van drive right by us in the furthest lane from curb...so I called him he answered he was a complete jerk...he was like I am at door 10...I said why would you be there...to shorten this is have photos of our text and phone log...he "claims" he never received any of my texts...OK let's just say this is factual you spoke to a customer 2 times knowing you need to pick them up??? You have their phone #??? If you have not heard from them why would you NOT call them almost 40mins later...he basically was like in so many words...tough shit...I now have a van full of people...this was after I told him that we have been standing there for over for mins...oh yeah and then he was like sorry I can't hear you your phone is breaking up!!! Seriously??? I could hear him find and I had plenty of bars...so I gave him more then enough time to swing around and get us it is now after 2, we have small children oh yeah and another 2 hours drive to Berks County! Called him again and said so are you coming for us that is when he said he had left and had a full van and I had said I wanted him there like now so if I couldn't wait there was nothing he could do for me???? Wth!!! So I said are we suppose to get and pay for an uber at this point??? My God he literally said...you have to do what you need to do!!! So again we waited and waited and waited so a gentleman standing there asked if we needed a right he was with a company like urber I was so hesitant due to the fact if we left he would show or when we got to our car we would not be able to get into it. So then my husband at that point was like...lets go...he was now starting to boil...kids were upset...so paid another 48.with tip...and the guy cut us a deal cause he felt bad for us...I text the guy again told him since you are obviously not coming back for us we are getting ourselves there and the gate BETTER be open to get our car...soooo we get there gate wide open shuttle parked and not a sole in sight...soooo funny thing no responses to my "NOT" received texts yet we pulled into their lot at 2:40 AM drove a full circle to our car unloaded his car and our car left I took pics and NOT one person showed their face...WOW sounds like a safe place to leave your car...or for others to come steel them...oh BEST part I emailed them to ask for someone to call me regarding me....I got a response immediately!!! From the JERK talking in 3rd person regarding this matter basically asking what is it that I wanted to talk about...and put it all in us!!! LOL hey good luck with this business...you get what you pay for! Obviously we will NOT be back and I will make sure my family and all their business associates that fly in out from YORK see this and like and share it! Upon arrival you will be a bit skeptical. But, this place seems to be safe. When you arrive you check in and park your car. We ended up missing our flight (completely our fault, we left home late). They quickly returned to the airport and picked us up and offered a full refund. We had to rush to find a new flight which ended up being at another airport. My mom accidentally left her wallet in the shuttle. Antoine was our driver on our way back. My mom called to ask and he said that she did leave it. She asked if they would keep it there for her. He was nice enough to personally hold it for us and at the end of our trip (5 days later!) he met us (on his day off!!) to give my mom her wallet back! Everything still there money and credit cards! if I could give this outfit a 0 I would. First, it advertises shuttle "on demand", but unlike Econopark, which I had used previously, it is NOT continuous. When I got there I was told that I "just missed it" and had to wait for 20-25 minutes for the one shuttle bus they had to return. Second, the spaces are not clearly marked and cars are parked haphazardly all over the gravel lot. When I got there at 5 am in the dark, the attendant told me to go down to the end row, but the end row was marked "one way" going towards me so I went down the row before, parking next to the last car on the left side of the row, which was about a third of the way down. Didn't seem like a big deal until I got back 4 days later and my car had been TOWED!!! They towed it to another of their lots, charging me $193.00!! They claimed I was blocking another car. Could be, but it was clearly not well marked. If they had to tow it under those circumstances, it certainly wasn't my fault. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I was very displeased. This was the most disorganized and unprofessional parking place I've ever experienced. When I arrive no one was at the lot. I called the company's number and was told the attendant would be back in 15 minutes. Well 30 minutes later no one had arrived. I called again and was told 15 minutes. The employee blamed traffic, but when I ended up leaving and driving straight to airport parking, there was no traffic. So I don't know what was going on. They wouldn't allow me to do anything to speed along the process like parking my car so that when the driver did finally arrive, we could just go. The driver pulled out with two cars waiting. I could see that his van/car wasn't full. In the end, BWI Speedy Park lost 4 customers when 4 separate cars that day had problems and had to leave so that we wouldn't all miss our flights. I called prior to choosing this parking facility to verify that it was a reasonable option, and the difference in the type of service promised and that received could not be more different. I don't expect much from a facility like this, but it was a disaster. It was incredibly disorganized with terrible customer service. Please save your self the stress and do not try to park here. read more

The good things about this parking spot are the price, the location close to the airport, the rest room & free coffee at the lot and the courtesy of the van driver. It's a 1-person operation. Round trip parking lot to airport & back takes 15-25 minutes. If you arrive a minute after the van has left, you wait for that amount of time. At the lot, you line up in your car & wait for the van driver to give you your parking ticket. Then you and everyone else parks, then the van leaves. We had allowed lots and lots of time when we were flying out, so waiting 30 minutes or so wasn't a problem, just an irritation. When we called for a ride on our return to the airport, we were told the driver would be there soon. After 20 minutes of waiting, we called back and were told driver shifts had just changed but the driver would be there soon. Total wait for the van to take us back to parking: 30 minutes, much more of an irritation when you just want to get home and you're standing in the cold and dark. The driver took us right back to our car & put our luggage in the trunk. So, if you have lots of time and don't mind waiting in exchange for the cheapest parking around, this is your place. Also be aware that the lot is not paved, so car was very dusty when we returned. Also, lots of ruts & holes so you have to drive very carefully. read more
