I was then practically live in Chi Town during that relationship. I love my Bulgari watch, ring, and purses that I got here. I lived on the 900 building across the street. Came back because I broke my watch. Left for Lyna to take care of it. 4 weeks later, she came back with a quote. She got it fixed and shipped to me. It was perfectly brand new. I love it. Except it didn't work properly or I didn't know how to adjust the time. HA. I took it to the local Bulgari authorized dealer at CH Premier Jewelers. Took them 5 minutes it works perfectly. When I complained to Lyna. She offered me to ship the watch back to her, pays for the shipping, and schedule a pick up for me, etc. Throughout the process, she was so kind, personable, and follow up regularly. She made me feel special even though my watch just costs a fraction of what Bulgari carries in their store. With kind of service, even I live in Silicon Valley, I will definitively bring my business to her in the future. My favorite watch, a Bvlgari that I received as a gift from my father before he passed away, was in complete distress from years of being on my wrist. Finally, it kicked the bucket, and after doing some research, I was directed to Bvlgari on N. Michigan Ave in Chicago, Illinois. I am in Akron, Ohio. I made the phone call and Ms. Emily Liu informed me that she would be handling my transaction with the watch. I wanted a full refurbish, with new band, glass, and a complete inspection. She took my cell phone number, and the entire process was simply incredible. Texting me when she got the watch, texting me with the quote to fix the watch, and texting me when all was done and it was on it's way back. I've been fortunate to have done a lot of travelling, and experience high end in different parts of the world and the United States. This whole experience with Emily and Bvlgari was off the charts impressive. The watch meant a lot to me and I was not sure how this process would play out, and it played out way better than I could have ever expected. Bulgari is to Italy as Tiffany's is to America and Cartier is to France. Blah blah blah. So often do they try to claim this, but in reality Bulgari has only recently upped its profile with celebrity visibility and name-brand recognition. Regarding this store specifically, I have to say the manager was very helpful. I had a problem recently with a purchase I'd made in Rome, and I received sub par service from someone behind the counter at this Michigan Ave. store. I have a feeling they were age-biased, and just because I'm young, I wasn't "worth" their effort. After strongly criticizing this heavy-handedness in a letter to the manager, however, she was very responsive, apologetic, and ultimately she righted all wrongs. In the end, it's great that they fixed the piece at no charge, but I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth for the experience as a whole. They do have beautiful pieces and unique accessories, but the initial customer service was very disappointing. read more

My husband and I visited this store, just browsing with the intent of eventually buying a men's watch. It was my first time in Bvlgari, and really my first time being exposed to the brand. Naomi helped us out, and her excitement for the brand and the watches she showed us was contagious! She made the experience fun, gave us a lot of background info and information, and knew the answers to all of my husband's questions without hesitation. The security guard held the door open for us as we entered and exited the store, and the ambiance and displays were lovely and showcased the merchandise. Gorgeous, beautiful stuff. Too bad the store is really in need of a facelift, bc the atmosphere does not do the merchandise justice. Small, dim, a bit depressing. And you want to be happy if you're about to blow a boatload of $$$s on Bulgari goodies. I have been a BVLGARI fan for a long time, however Guillaume Fremine went above & beyond for me on a very simple purchase which makes me an admiring customer for life. I recently purchased "au the Blanc" BVLGARI perfume at Nordstrom or Lord & Taylor (as I live in the Chicago suburbs & getting to the city during COVID-19 is difficult). Within 10 uses, the bottle nozzle became clogged & simply unusable. I tried to go back to Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor, but neither store would help me or replace the bottle because I did not have a receipt. (I finally got to the stores in October 2020, however the perfume was purchased in February 2020 due to the pandemic & I never kept the receipt) Ultimately Guillume tried a few different remedies & eventually fixed the nozzle. He offer to replace the bottle of perfume for no charge if the nozzle couldn't be repaired, which was extremely appreciated when Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor told me there was nothing they could do. Long story short, Guillaume fixed a $100 bottle of perfume for no charge & never once made me feel as if I was annoying him or wasting his time. read more

I saw some wedding bands online and called the store to book an appointment. Emily answered the call and right away, she sent me a text so I could send her the picture of the ring I wanted. When my bf and I went to the store the next day, Emily was there standing, waiting for us. We weren't really sure if we wanted the ring or not because this was the first shop we went to. Long story short, Emily was just outstanding! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what type of ring would be best match for us. We told ourselves "let's just go there to look at it first" but ended up walking out the store with two wedding bands! Her customer service is just above and beyond and even after buying the ring, her follow ups were still amazing! I live across the street from Bulgari and called to inquire if they had a particular item in stock before I walked over to make my purchase. Someone took my name and phone number and told me they would call back. They never did. I went to Cartier for my purchase instead. For a business of this caliber, this is inexcusable. read more

This particular boutique is much smaller than the nyc store. They have a good number of handbags, watches and perfumes, but don't really have the full line of jewels. I received excellent service here over the weekend. The sales woman was friendly, not pretentious at all, very knowledgeable on the product, and showed me a watch that is my new obsession! The men's version is just as gorgeous. On the products side - bags are a little too garish for me. Perhaps as an evening clutch. We made an appointment with the store manager, Lisa Kraus, several weeks before our 1-day layover in Chicago. We described what we were looking for, and Lisa elicited some more information in a series of prompt and professional emails. While I expected good and attentive service when we arrived at the boutique, what we received was actually something to write home about. Our 2-hour visit was the most pleasant jewelry shopping I've ever experienced. Lisa had flown in a number of rings from all over the U.S. and was prepared with information on each. She was friendly, polite, sincere, and insightful. We had excellent, understated service (including an espresso that my Italian friend actually liked!), but without any of the fuss and extravagance that attends most "high end service" these days. No hard sells, no insincere compliments, no unwarranted attention. Our subsequent visits to Van Cleef and Cartier were reminders that a good saleswoman (and store manager) can make or break a deal. The whole of that experience with Lisa -- from first contact to first meeting -- is what all the vaunted jewelers should look to achieve in their boutiques. P.S. I'm not sure of the basis for the first set of statements by the reviewer below. I'll say only that common knowledge of a jeweler is no substitute for its ability for fine design and execution. Each of Bulgari, Tiffany, and Cartier has its own look, and all have a place in history as great jewelers established in the late19th century. read more

Just looking at some of the dazzling jewelry and supreme watches makes me dizzy and my imaginary wallet feel drained. However, they have some of the best fragrances ever. Try Bvlgari Green Tea (both for both male and female) or Bvlgari Yellow (for women). They are sweet and fresh, but not overwhelmingly so. read more
