My friends were super kind and ordered some takeout for me from Buzzy's so that's how I got to try the food. Take note that this review leaves the customer service aspect out of it as I didn't order or pickup, but purely based on taste. The pizza: definitely one of the better pies. Not greasy, a great crust and a super delicious sauce that is not too sweet and just perfectly seasoned. The mushroom pizza seemed a bit on the smaller side. The wings I would prob skip the hot wings. I tried both a mix of hot and naked wings. The hot wings were a bit overly saucy and not crispy enough, but definitely a good amount of heat. I don't mind the abundance of sauce on wings, but only if they are able to retain the crisp of the wings which wasn't the case in this instance. We also ordered a few pieces of cheesecake for dessert. At $4 a slice, it's pricey and I'd probably skip those next time. They were tasty, but nothing that you couldn't purchase at Restaurant Depot yourself. I don't think they were baked in house. Summary: great pies, a little pricey, but overall a solid delicious pizza. read more

Ordered takeout (Dailey special, tray and 20wings), and was very pleased with my food. The pizza's crust was crispy and chewy at the same time. Just the way I like it. The order of wings were pitted bbq. They were good, but I have had better. But still no complaints. Well worth eating here. read more

the best nothing but quality. Been there forever. Clean and welcoming. Family owned and operated

We ordered a pizza to go and picked it up. We got pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. The crust was crunchy, but there were no burned parts. I would go back again. read more

Buzzy's Pizza - pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives - Pizza Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

Visiting my parents for Memorial Day weekend and after a long drive up from Delaware, we were excited to eat. My parents don't like spicy, so we got an order of mild wings and medium wings. We also got a 1/2 tray of pizza. 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 bell peppers and onions. The wings were dynamite. A+ on the wings. Super crispy and buttery. Wish we could have done hot wings, but still awesome. The pizza was really average. The tray pizza is kinda odd to me. The pizza was not thin enough to have any kind of crisp which would have help up the sauce and cheese. My wife likes bell peppers and onions on her pizza, but when they aren't grilled before hand they give off too much moisture and the pizza gets soggy. I don't put that on Buzzy's, that's on my wife. I just wish there was more that stood out on the pizza. It was pretty forgettable. The wings were awesome though. read more

We stayed in the area for a night before crossing the border to Niagara Falls, Ontario, and a night after crossing back to US. This place was so good, we ate here both nights! Their wings have got to be one of the tastiest wings I've ever eaten. The skin is super crispy and lots of meat on the bone. We ordered the Mild sauce and it still packed so much flavor and buttery goodness. Their pizza was awesome too, the crust was not too thick and not completely thin-crust; a nice happy delicious medium. I'm so sad I live in FL because this place deserves a visit once or twice a week! read more

Oh gosh the food was amazing. I never had a pizza so good like Buzzy's Pizza. It wasn't greasy and the crust was also good ( I love a good crust). Im from CT and I would say CT Pizza has nothing on this Pizz ! read more

Wings wings wings were perfect!! Honey bbq was the best! Was cooked perfectly! Pizza was good. Spaghetti was also very good, sauce very authentic. Only suggestion is that you should offer Parmesan cheese for your pastas. A plus, bathroom very clean! Service also very good! Thank you!! hope your business continues to do well read more

Buzzy's Pizza and wings is always a hit or miss for me. Last week when we ordered it was a miss. I like the taste of the pizza. It's thin crust but it was undercooked the middle is soggy. We also ordered wings and the medium sauce had too much butter. They were almost inedible as the sauce wasn't appealing and they weren't crispy. I'm sure we'll go again but I'm hoping they work on the quality of their product as there are other places to eat read more

I was back in town where I grew up and in search of the best pizza in Niagara County. I somehow ended up here mostly because I really wanted a sit down place that was still casual. The pizza was some of the best I've ever had--a perfect combo of salty, sweet, cheesy, herby, tomatoey. Crispy, chewy, not overly heavy. Perfection. Thank you for a great ending to a great trip. read more

This place has gone downhill. We ordered a few weeks ago. The pizza was good. So were the wings. Except it was cold and I had to heat it. It too the driver 45 minutes to make a 10 minute ride. The wings felt like they were in the refrigerator. They got rubbery. We only got credit toward a future pizza. Also had a friend receive a partial pizza. Not only was the manager rude, but she took the food and refused to give her a refund. She's currently working with her bank. read more

Great food and a nice clean atmosphere for casual dining. Love the room off the side that is all windows. Enjoy your visit and the pizza.

I had the chicken parm and the chicken was very tender and juicy but the sauce that was on it was not the best the pasa with it was over cooked but it was still pretty good the chicken saved it the person i was with had the beans and greens soup they said it was very good but I didn't try it read more

Sat down at 7:50 and didn't get our food until 9:00. The waitress kept saying it would be out soon. We ordered an appetizer and 2 large pizzas. Have you ever waited for your food for that long with 4 hungry kids?!! When I told the manager when we cashed out he couldn't have cared less, just ignored me. I will NEVERRRR come back and never recommend to anyone. read more

I love the food. I really do but the staff is so rude and dismissive that I'd rather go somewhere else. They just don't care about customer service and now it's like a fast paced assembly line. They're getting orders wrongs, the wings are soggy. When you ask a question it's met with annoyance. Just throw all the staff away and start fresh or something. This is the most unfriendly environment and it's mind boggling. No one in the whole joint is finding the cure for Covid19, saving the sea turtles or fighting cancer so I cant seem to figure out where all the big attitudes come from. They should institute an online ordering system since the staff lacks people and telephone skills. read more

Super great! Been there at least 150 times minimum! Always order the mini pepperoni or sausage one for $7.99!!! Can't beat it! Service is super fast, clean inside, super servers! Especially MOLLY! Highly recommend! Can order thin or thick varieties. Both are great! read more

Best wings in the area. Pizza is good also. Always busy. Always do pickup orders. A little pricey, but I'll pay good money for good wings.

This place is an older restaurant but their NY style pepperoni pizza was the best I've had since I've moved to NY in June. The pizza was well spiced & very flavorful. Their wings was a different story. I didn't care too much for them. read more

Huge size for a small size Pizza. I just wished we knew before ordering way too much Pizza.

For years, every time my family and I cross the border, no trip is complete until we eat at Buzzy's. I even introduced my fiancé to it and she craves it every time we're in the area. Now the pizza is good and we usually order either the white pizza (without anchovies) or the pizza bravo to share but the clear winner here is the chicken wings. Crispy, oily and meaty, everything that you're looking for when having wings. We usually order the buttery garlic wings with medium sauce on the side and it is delicious and a must-try. The service is hit or miss but generally I have never had an issue. read more

Traditional stop on the way home from the Buffalo Bills football game. After a long day of tailgaiting, nothing beats eating (more) greasy chicken wings and pizza! The wings are terrific, big, meaty, with lots of great sauces. The star is the calzone, stuffed with super fresh mozzarella and ricotta. You almost don't need any other toppings because the cheese is so fresh and good. Service is really good, its family operated, and prices are great (even considering the exchange). As long as this place keeps existing, I will keep coming back! read more

Don't get me wrong Buddy's Pizza is pretty good. However, the wings not so much. They were not crispy at all, lacking sauce, and just kind of gummy in texture. Gross! Lol I knew I should've went to Duffs down the St..other than that they have great food. This review is specifically for the wings! read more

Buzzys sells pizza and also gives haircuts. I'm not sure why any place would combine the two, and I certainly hope that the hair of the people getting "Buzzys" at Buzzys doesn't ever end up on the Pizza. I actually don't think I've ever tried the pizza from Buzzy's warm, which is because every time I go there, they either announce that they don't sell slices, or they don't have any slices. The one time someone gave me a slice, I either hated it, or didn't like it because it was cold, I can't remember which. So it's getting a neutral rating of 3 until I am actually able to sample the delicacies fresh and hot. read more

Pizza and wings. The pizza was cheesy, toppings tasty, and the crust was light airy. The wings were on the smaller side but there were plenty for the price. Buzzy's offers 12 choices of sauces for those that want variety. I tried medium and it was just right. The service was attentive. Quick with refills and the check. Started with a bowl of Pasta Fagoli. A little different than what I am accustomed too. The broth was a littler thicker and it could used more spice/seasoning. There were Potatoes in the soup which was a little different. Atmosphere was a local that of your local pizza joint. Simple tables and booths for a comfortable seating. read more

If your in the Niagara Falls area, this is the place to get wings! They're very well sauced - I got the medium and the barbecue. The barbecue is my favorite here, they're amazing. If you order a basket of fries, be prepared to share them as they give you a very generous portion. This is definitely one of my regular places and will keep coming back. Marissa is the best waitress. She's very attentive and is always willing to get whatever you need. If you come to Buzzy's request Marissa for your waitress. read more

Took my 99 year old mother to Buzzy Pizzeria on Sunday 8/6 at 1 pm. Upon entering the restaurant, 2 servers were at their stations pouring drinks. They did not acknowledge us. After standing a few minutes, we sat down on a bench waiting to be seated. The dining room had only two tables with patrons. We were ignored. They answered the phone and took orders, they cashed out people with pickup orders, they even cleaned one of the tables in the dining room, all the while ignoring us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we left. I grew up going to Buzzys. They have definitely loss favor with me. What ignorant service to not even acknowledge we were there. Very disheartening. Doesn't even deserve a 1. read more

Enjoyed their Mexican pizza several times for take out. Veggie pizza had large chunks of broccoli and onion which were too few and too large for my taste. White pizza was good too. Pizzas were ready for pick at promised time which was usually 20-30 minutes. read more

Amazing pizza! Am from lower NY and regularly grieve the lack of decent pizza. We've driven to Niagara Falls twice for one of their pies. A tip to fellow former NYers- ask for it extra thin. Staff is helpful. Food is inexpensive and comes out fairly quickly. My one comment is that I wish the appetizers were more authentically italian. read more

Pizza was good, but my croutons in my salad were stale and the dressing wasn't that great. Kinda disappointed.

The health department needs to investigate this place. Someone told me I must visit Buzzy's for NYC style pizza. I was born and raise near Patsy's in Harlem, so I am a bit of a pizza snob. I ordered a mini (4 slice) pie. As I waited, I got a good look at the place. It was disgusting. In fact, the BATHROOM turned out to be the cleanest part of the joint. So I watched as I waited for my pizza. Several kids running the place. They're more interested in each other. The pig cooking the pizza is about 22-24? He's so busy flirting with the girls up front, he fails to realize I'm watching. Watching him scratch his bare legs. The he takes his hat off, and starts running his bare hands through his hair. Thankfully, I'm on business travel, and the pizza only cost my employer $6.50. I tossed the pizza in the nearest trash can I could find. Disgusting read more

Very, very good pizza. I have been twice and both times got a mini pie with pineapple and bacon. Mooooooo. It's delicious. I think the wings are a little too greasy, otherwise I'd give 4 stars. Have never had an issue with service. Our waitress just the other night was very friendly. Like, almost overly friendly. LIke, she wanted to make out with me friendly. Too bad I was busy eating bacon and pineapple pizza. read more

Had lunch here the other day with a friend who was raving about their wings and boy was he on point. First of all, if you're looking for some good and cheap eats so that you can save your money for shopping, this place is definitely worth checking out. It's located just across the big plaza with Target on Niagara Falls Blvd. Has its own parking with many spots. We went on a Monday around lunch so it wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. If you are there for lunch, take advantage of the lunch specials. Crazy cheap and looked to be pretty good portions. [Main Course] Chicken Wings - the wings are definitely one of the best I've ever had and I've been to too many places. The wings are huge (both flats and drums) and are fried to perfection. Perfection as in very crispy on the outside with the inside very juicy. We ordered a pound of Honey Mustard and a pound of Buttery Garlic which came with a side of their own brand of blue cheese. It was good on its own but still also very good when dipped in the blue cheese dip and I'm not even a big fan of blue cheese. 5/5 stars for both flavors. Pizza - We wanted to try it out so we took advantage of one of their lunch specials which included 3 slices (squares, really) of their pepperoni pizza. I believe the lunch special only comes in pepperoni. Very crunchy and flavorful crust. The pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni were lightly sprinkled with some seasonings which added some really nice flavors. 5/5 stars. read more

I'm happy to report the food is still great here. Went here tonight (Sunday) at 5:30 pm and it wasn't that busy. We were seated at one of the booths. Waitress was friendly and took our order promptly. Our fries came up within 10 minutes and the wings in 20. The fries and mild wings were cooked perfectly. The only problem was that they short changed us a couple of wings. The waitress apologized and knocked a couple bucks off the bill. read more

Buzzys makes a fairly tasty pie for given its your traditional NY style type (I prefer the good old Buffalo style myself) Anyways, the cheese is very tasty as are the ingredients and the sauce is spot on for me (a mild sweetness) neither bland, spicy or super sweet. The dough is good given its style for sure. The place inside is rather nice as well if you feel like dining in rather then opting for take out. We walked in today (12/23) at 5:40pm, party of 24. We were told they cannot sit us together, which we understood. We asked if we can be seated separately, and the waitress told us "we cannot have you occupy our entire restaurant on a busy day as this." Is this how you treat your customers? Or was it because we were colored? We went down the road to Mr.Ventry's. read more
