They travel to different places and set up their food truck. On their Facebook page they list where they will be. I ordered the lobster bisque with extra lobster meat. It was outta this world delicious!!! Worth adding the $3 for the extra lobster meat. It was $10 for the bowl, but worth it to me. I LOVED IT! After we had the lobster roll with butter. It was great lobster meat on a bun served with chips. The lobster roll was a bit small, but when combined with the soup a filling meal. I will definitely visit the truck again when I am in the mood for amazing lobster!!!

We love us some food trucks. We walked up and the (what I am guessing) husband and wife team looked SO bored. We ordered the buff chicken sliders and the regular sliders. Full disclosure, the buff chicken was good but very small amount of chicken. Very small. The regular sliders were a much better value. I would have liked some ranch or blue cheese on the buff chicken but I like to try things the way they are intended by the chef. It was good. I am not saying they weren't but again, small. The hand cut/skin on fries were great. They were not crunchy. They offer packets of ketchup, salt and pepper. It was great. Perfect portions of fries. I would definitely stop back. Well done little food truck.

The fish is listed on their menu but it didn't say that it came w/a side. To my surprise there were hand cut fries included in the order. HAND CUT!!! I had the shark and shark is so thick, tasteless and difficult to do much with but it was incredible. I believe it was a corn meal type breading. This was a HUGE portion and wasn't greasy at all. I don't usually do fries but these only had a very slight sprinkle of salt and was greaseless. Chris is great when it comes to cooking and there's virtually only a slight wait time. His assistant gets things out quick. The only one criticism I could see is that the shark could of used a slight bit more of seasoning. This is one of the better food trucks that I've eaten at. I can't wait to come back to try more. You must try their deep fried Oreos!!!!
