I don't usually do fries but these only had a very slight sprinkle of salt and was greaseless. Chris is great when it comes to cooking and there's virtually only a slight wait time. His assistant gets things out quick. The only one criticism I could see is that the shark could of used a slight bit more of seasoning. This is one of the better food trucks that I've eaten at. We made our reservation over a month ago and were confirmed for the Captain's Quarters private room. When we arrived, we were told we were "never promised that room," which simply wasn't true. We were then informed that another group was in the room and they "didn't expect them to stay so long," so we were placed at a loud table by the bar with no privacy at all. From there, things only went downhill. There was no coordination of our meals, they forgot to bring the salads we had arranged for, drink orders were missed, and then we were told they had run out of steaks. For a planned group reservation, the service felt disorganized and chaotic. Overall, it was a complete mess, and I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups or for anyone counting on their reservation being honored.
