Parking is decent, with an entrance into the lot but another immediately after the building from a side street. We entered from the side street and were able to park right next to the side of the building. There is a handicapped space in the front right near the door. The concrete sidewalk entrance has a lip to keep rain from entering from the parking lot, but the transition by the handicapped space is level. There is also a pickup window on the Wal-Mart side of the building for those who call ahead. Walking in, the ordering counter is in the rear on the left with a large menu on the wall. The kitchen is behind the counter and was bustling with activity. Seating is all tables with a few stools along a bar attached to the ordering counter. There is also a large outdoor patio in the front next to the parking lot. The interior is bright with big windows across the front of the building. We waited in line to place our order. It was a bit crowded but not so much we were towering over other tables. The server was pleasant and walked us through the various options. Once you place your order, the drink station is back over in a small nook to the right of the entrance door. Seating is first come, first served. We were able to find a seat under the large TV in the corner, but the music speaker is right there as well and seemed quite loud. It may have been the acoustics in that specific spot because once we moved one table over the music blended into the background nicely. Our food took about 15 minutes to arrive. They call out your name and then bring the food to your table. The Plain Jane was a decent size and came with fries. The bun was very fresh and held together for the entire meal. You can order both a spice level (similar to a rub) as well as a dipping sauce. The medium spice had a definite heat but was not overpowering and certainly added to the chicken flavor. The General Tso dipping sauce was not one I would order again. Not that there was anything wrong with it, it was just not a favorite. They have several other options available to try the next time. The Clucky is like a chicken parmesan sandwich, including mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce as part of the sandwich. This comes on a hoagie-type bun which was also very fresh. The marinara was very flavorful and made for an excellent sandwich. The crinkle fries accompanying each sandwich were disappointing compared to the chicken. The menu is rather simple but does allow a lot of customization so you can eat there multiple times without ever repeating an order. They also offer wings as well as several sides, so there are a lot of combinations to keep you interested. The quality of the chicken was excellent and we will definitely be back to explore some of the other combinations.
