The 1 star is for the great service given by her. It's a bit excessive when patrons are warned beforehand of NO changes to the menu. The creativity of the chef seemed more important than the desire of the customer. My husband ordered the hamburger and it had no flavor and the fries no seasoning. It looked like something they didn't put effort in making either. He also said that the iced tea that was cloudy. I ordered from the specials of the day: the duck ramen and, even though it looked great and smelled great, it didn't have a lot of flavor.
