He was cold during the transaction, asked for my ID when I handed him my credit card--something I didn't see him request from others--and placed my ID on the counter instead of handing it back to me as I was reaching for it. Additionally, I purchased a ring marked at $12, but he charged me $20. I'm a very non-confrontational person, so I didn't address it at the time, but upon reflecting on the experience, I feel it may have been intentional. The interaction felt like a microaggression and left me with a negative impression of what was otherwise an enjoyable trip to Leavenworth.

The bride (who is also a great friend of mine) came to us crying because the diamond fell out of her ring ON HER WEDDING DAY, only a couple hours before the ceremony. I called around all of Wenatchee and Bruce was the only one to even answer the phone. I asked if it was possible that he could put the diamond back in, as it was her wedding day and she was in tears. His response was "can you bring it right now?" Are you kidding? That's amazing! Especially because by the time the ring got to him, it was outside his business hours. I'll never forget the kindness of him and that he was able to fix her ring and it looked just as beautiful. I'd recommend this place 10 times out of 10. Thank you so much!

They have beautiful etched glass, mobiles and other things to peruse on the other side of their store.
