Before we left we realized the chain was too short and asked if they had alternate chains or a matching extender. They did not (totally fine) so we asked to return the item. The sales associate said they would only return for store credit even though we hadn't even left the store after the initial purchase before realizing the chain wouldn't work. We indicated we were from out of town and couldn't use a store credit but she wouldn't provide a refund and when I mentioned that was an odd policy considering we had the receipt and had just purchased she gave me a snotty look. So.... Great store, very disappointed with the return policy and service and will not encourage other conference goers to shop there.

The bride (who is also a great friend of mine) came to us crying because the diamond fell out of her ring ON HER WEDDING DAY, only a couple hours before the ceremony. I called around all of Wenatchee and Bruce was the only one to even answer the phone. I asked if it was possible that he could put the diamond back in, as it was her wedding day and she was in tears. His response was "can you bring it right now?" Are you kidding? That's amazing! Especially because by the time the ring got to him, it was outside his business hours. I'll never forget the kindness of him and that he was able to fix her ring and it looked just as beautiful. I'd recommend this place 10 times out of 10. Thank you so much!

I went in not even knowing I even had a warranty, which I mentioned at the start, also explaining hey I need it done so I understand that I may end up having to pay for it :( The last 10 minutes was her berating me about how important claim tickets are that 'No exception will be allowed!' then proceeded to explain how they would make an exception. Why do businesses hire people like this? It's no wonder this store hasn't renovated in decades if they have to pay these overinflated egomaniacs who are coarse and seem to explode without warning.
