When they recommended I have them soldered together it took me 2 months to get them back and when I did I could barely get my rings on my finger. Being super frustrated I contacted Button jewelers to get my ring re sized. I live several hours away from Wenatchee and wasn't sure what size I should go with and was struggling. After several phone calls where they spent time explaining the process to me and what they thought would work best I had my husband take my ring to button. We went with a new size and a 1/4 which is what they said would be best and I have to say my ring fits absolutely PERFECTLY! I am so happy with the price, the service and how much time they spent helping me decide what I needed to do. My ring was done when they said it would be and it only took a week. I would recommend Button to anyone and hope this review helps people decide to give them a try.

A friend and I came across this great little…read moreshop while visiting town for a conference and purchased a necklace for $65, and a few other items. Before we left we realized the chain was too short and asked if they had alternate chains or a matching extender. They did not (totally fine) so we asked to return the item. The sales associate said they would only return for store credit even though we hadn't even left the store after the initial purchase before realizing the chain wouldn't work. We indicated we were from out of town and couldn't use a store credit but she wouldn't provide a refund and when I mentioned that was an odd policy considering we had the receipt and had just purchased she gave me a snotty look. So.... Great store, very disappointed with the return policy and service and will not encourage other conference goers to shop there.

I went in not even knowing I even had a warranty, which I mentioned at the start, also explaining hey I need it done so I understand that I may end up having to pay for it :( The last 10 minutes was her berating me about how important claim tickets are that 'No exception will be allowed!' then proceeded to explain how they would make an exception. Why do businesses hire people like this? It's no wonder this store hasn't renovated in decades if they have to pay these overinflated egomaniacs who are coarse and seem to explode without warning.
