The cons to visiting this place already were stacked against me (listed below) but I was determined to finding this place. When you've so many dietary allergies like I do, you will find a way to discover a new dessert that you can eat. CONS: - Google Maps couldn't find it. (My solution: I compared my Google Maps and Yelp Map as I drove lol #thestruggle) - No one answered the phone whenever I called or bothered to return the call. Maybe it's the wrong phone number on Yelp? - There aren't any reviews on this business... minus one that wasn't recommended. I triple checked the hours of operation on Sunday (April 10) and Yelp listed that they were open, so I tried twice to find the entrance to the place. The red dot location leads you to a dirt road with a gate. It looked like someone's home, so I didn't want to trespass and the gate was closed. I called the business and left a voicemail. I still have yet to hear a response and I'm typing this on a Wednesday (April 13). I messaged the business on Sunday via Yelp and the business owner replied within an hour about having dairy free options available. She told me that she would send me the menu of these options, but I never received anything. Perhaps, she got busy? I can only imagine what it must be to be a mother to 3 boys, so I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt regarding her disappearance in communication with an interested patron. Oh well. I suppose it's off to finding another local bakery that feeds my dietary needs.

I don't come often because parking is always a nightmare, and tonight was no exception. When I showed them the app, the staff seemed confused on how to do a redemption. So they had to call the owner for help. The owner apparently told them not to honor the redemption because they were in the process of switching rewards program platforms, and what used to be a 50‑point reward was going to be a 300‑point reward. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 -- not enough under the new system. Hey, I'm no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It's not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer.
