Our order was 3 regulars: Malik, Bacon Ranch, and the Phlaming Philly. We all loved our orders and we even bought the bacon ranch fries. They came loaded with the toppings. We were stuffed by the end and could have rolled home!! The kids already want to go back for another visit. Service waa quick and extremely friendly! Loved the tables, games and inside seating. I've got to say, the poutine fries and curds are awesome. The fries themselves are a little limp and not my favorite, but the cheese curds are spicy and to die for. Works well with the poutine. I wish you could order just the cheese curds with poutine and leave off the fries. They have a good variety of burgers and hot dogs including Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese, Guacamole, Mushroom Swiss, chili, Poblano, queso jalapeño burgers. I can't speak for those, but I have had the Frito and chili dog and the Cream Cheese Sriracha dogs, and both were pretty good as far as hot dogs go! Nothing to write home about, but decent! I'll list pros & cons here and a few suggestions: Pros: -there are plenty of flavors, both their specialty and their 10+ sauce/rub options -indoor seating with a few TVs to watch sports Cons(which in my opinion are issues which can be solved): -because there's lots of flavor options, there is a major holdup in the kitchen. Especially if there's large groups of people eating lunch. We've spent over 45 minutes waiting for our food at times which has caused us to withhold going if we know we have a meeting scheduled after lunch. It's also cutting it close for the hourly workers who have to clock in-clock out for their lunch hour. -there is no "lunch menu", everything is à la carte which can make it a bit pricey. How to solve issues: -downsize menu options. Less items to cook means shorter wait times. -create a lunch menu. This would also speed up the process as well as create a fixed cost. Easily you can spend $20-$25 on lunch when you add fries and a drink. I love wings; this is the best wing spot in town hands down. There are things they can do to improve, we are all pulling for their success!
