There was no ambience. It was crowded. It was an experience. This was the first and last time going into this establishment. Front counter took our order she wasn't friendly, but she was not rude. Total came out to 49.74 a pretty penny for four people. We thought it was ok with drinks included. They have one of those drink machines that never has the carbonation or the syrup right so the soda was bad. We drank water and sweet tea. We sat down at the only table available that sat four. They seemed pretty busy so I thought everything would be fresh. When I went to pick up my order half of it was missing after explaining over and over and over to the front counter lady. A lady from the back walked over double checked and corrected it. I eventually got up and asked if our food was ready and a young female rolled her eyes at me and asked my name. She walked over to the rack and our food had been sitting there the entire time but they had neglected to call our names. After receiving my food she began calling other names and it turns out that every person who was sitting there waiting had food ready for them but the staff didn't care to call out names. This location has gotten so bad lately. Today I call my order in and was place on hold TWICE for a total of 10 min. Finally I give my order and I am told 30-35 min wait. Go in to get the order and tell them it has been 45 min how much longer? They tell me it's coming up. My order is ready at the 1 hour and 10 min mark!!!! The Whole time I see the employees playing on their phones, one was eating while standing there, playing around. Very unprofessional! To me, you can't go wrong with Wing Stop. Generally fast service. Wings are ready within 15-20 minutes. I usually order online and just go pick up in store. I LOVE the garlic Parmesan wings from here because it's a rub - the wings actually have Parmesan cheese on them. At other places (BWW) the garlic Parmesan is a sauce - just not my thing. The rolls are amazing as well. My sister worked at various Wing Stops throughout high school and can vouch for the cleanliness behind the scenes. This particular Wingstop stands out to be so bad that I to express my opinion. Unfortunately I've been here on several occasions. All times have been poor in their customer service. The employee looked back at the next customer and told them I'll be right with you. While I was waiting I saw people come in to store saying their order was wrong. That happened three times. One dine in customer came to the register and said their large fries weren't so large. Another dine in customer brought their wings back because they ordered lemon pepper and got atomic. A customer going back and saying their wings were still raw. A lady came up to the register asking to speak to a manager and the employee looked back and yelled out " ay, she wants a manager." You can hear several employees also yell back saying, " MANAGER ! MANAGER ! " They were 100% mocking her. All this happened on one night. Believe me when I say this is only the tip of the ugly iceberg. There are numerous Wingstop locations.
