They push you to do the best you can, while also making sure you don't injure yourself further. They made sure I was physically prepared for my surgery. Their exercises helped a lot during my recovery. I didn't even think to build up the area that wasn't my problem area. They listen and tailor to your therapy accordingly. Physical therapy can be brutal, but they made it not so bad.

Out of all the ones I've been to over the years, this place takes the cake. (I attend the one at Trinity Parkway.) Here you get unrushed, one-on-one care every appointment with the actual physical therapist - something I've never experienced before. The assistants are well versed and very helpful. The knowledge they have here has thoroughly impressed me as most places have had to research my condition prior to treating me - here they already knew of it extensively. So if you want top notch care with a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly team that loves their work, this is the place to go. They truly go above and beyond. I guarantee you won't find better care in this area!

The staff is kind, professional, and polite but I wanted to give a shout out to the people I worked with most regularly, Allison and Stephanie. Allison was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, compassionate with my care and I felt so comfortable with her. Stephanie is basically sunshine personified and she is such an asset to the patients and the office! Most importantly they taught me well in terms of keeping up my physical therapy exercises at home as months later the pain only really shows up if I'm slacking on my at-home exercises and not caring for my wrists in the new ways I've learned to. As a bonus they happen to sell neck pillows and when I saw the design I immediately needed one! (I included a photo) Overall if I need physical therapy again I plan to return to this clinic. Although parking at this plaza can be a bit tight, I think the care is worth it. If you're hard of sight or depth perception when it comes to parking, I would suggest scheduling around peak times for an easier parking experience.

They are friendly and welcoming each time a patient comes into their facility. They are precise and careful regarding scheduling appointments which I appreciate. My Physical Therapist, May Mardini, is amazing. She is beyond any Physical Therapist I have ever experienced. Now I know why, she is a Licensed NDT, trained to do manipulations. She has found the exact site and reason for my excruciating pain. Today she not only provided physical relief from pain, she gave me hope.

My mom was at this facility for about 11 days after having a stroke. I say first couple of days…read morewhen mom Needed higher level of care staff was attentive as cna's followed rn's orders real well. When her care was less critical I would say it was bordering on neglect . A cna said she was in charge of 15 patents and almost half had to be spoon fed including my mother. Hence, myself and Family made sure to be there so she could eat. My observations were patients who didn't have family step in for them might of not ate well. I heard one rn supervisor talk extremely rough to like a dementia patient to be still and stop moving. It appeared as work burn out. There were many times mom was soiled and staff would not come to help. I had to change mom myself and do best I can to get her to the restroom, changed and brought back to bed. They had no sense of urgency in helping despite telling me to not take mom alone. I waited but when it started approaching two hours I had to do it . I also Had to help cna put mom To bed as she had no help as mom was too weak and a two person job. They got mom's diet order wrong as moved up to solids and kept on doing a blender diet for days. We had to Go out and buy food so she can eat as she hated blended diets and I don't blame her. I was told this happened cause dieticians use a different system and it don't data share with the facility but nobody could make a phone call. There was like a comittee but I don't think they were proactive (except supervisor of nursing) as made excuses For some of my concerns . I am not going to say this facility is the worse but definitely not the best. I was told this place was the best in town. I am Just going to say it's like any other nursing facility from what I hear. When I thought mom was well enough to go home I demanded she leave immediately as they wanted to keep mom longer. I overheard admin mentioning mom was a "good" patient as had dual insurance. I told them at my house mom is not neglected and will get better care as I had all her bags packed. I don't recommend this facility for your loved one and it's definitely not the best in town but can't say the worse cause I haven't seen many . It missed my high expectations and them trying to say get better care cause they are small is garbage.
