Tonight I got an order of onion rings as an appetizer. These came with a choice of zesty sauce or ranch. The batter on the rings was thin but very well seasoned. These baby's were delicious! The server got these right out of the fryer and they were hot. The dipping sauces were a great addition and bother were very tasty and compliments the rings. My entree was a hand breaded tenderloin. Again, the breading was well seasoned and the tenderloin was a good thickness. It came with all the trimmings which were fresh. One thing to note was the lettuce was cold and crisp...this is a huge plus with me. The side dish for the tenderloin were potato slabs. These slabs were like a fried potato thickness but were very lightly breaded. I'd not had anything like these before. I wasn't a real fan of these things but they were different. Just not my thing.
