Solid amount of parking available of this very cool, "old school" butcher shop. In this instance, "old school" means an absolute full service butcher shop, where they treat the customers well! It felt like a family affair, the nice young man that took my order gave helpful advice. They cut "country pork chops" to order, they cooked very nicely in a sauce. I also picked up their sweet pork sausage, also great in the sauce. Perhaps the highlight for me were a couple of super tender and beefy NY strips! Had a great experience at Wyckoff Prime Meats and I'll be back!

Didn't occur to me at the time, but that might explain some of the taste and appearance. * This time, I got the ribs. A half rack of ribs filled me up, and YUM. Some ribs fell off the bone a little more than others, but oh boy was that perfectly good.
