There are older kids running around - and we saved her from getting mowed down a few times. But - it is a play place so you would expect kids running around. You can't just turn a toddler loose and expect them to manage on their own. There is a 'toddler' area, but it was pretty lame, she wanted to be out with the trampolines, slides and tunnels. It's not super big so it does get pretty crowded and congested, I'm not sure what their kid limit is, but it felt like it couldn't hold any more kids when we were there. 1 or 2 hours is probably enough time for the kids, it wasn't real expensive, $15 for her, an extra $5 for each adult. Parking isn't great as others have said, but not horrible.

She also enjoys the book area where she can sit and read about all her favorite farm animals. I personally appreciate that they give you 2hrs of playtime at ANY TIME you chose to come, not just a section of time because im almost always running late tryna get her and myself together for a certain block of time....ANDDD they are open later than the other play cafes as well, which is great because I'm almost always super busy during the daytime and that's why it hard for me to take her to the other places as often as I'd like!

I like that the levels are fairly tall so adults can go up with their littles. They have a huge ball pit, a climbing wall, toddler section and tons of tubes and playing areas. They even had a cafe inside to order food and drinks. I ordered an iced coffee and was wowed by the flavors! Great spot to bring the kiddos.

Update: The owner…read morereached out and apologized, explained and offered us a refund. I appreciate the customer service, so i updated my stars. I am keeping the write up so that customers understand the pricing for the game cards. -------------- We purchased a game card. I asked the woman working about the options. She told us that for $10, you get a game card for 40 coins, or for $25 you get an unlimited game card. My kids quickly went through the "unlimited" game card. When I questioned this, she said well, it's not actually unlimited, it was 140 coins and typically kids do not use the full card, so it usually is unlimited. This is not okay. You cannot sell something under the guise of being unlimited just because it isn't usually fully used. By definition, that is not unlimited. I would not have paid $25 for 5 minutes of play. The pricing is not listed anywhere in the store or online, so you are forced to believe the employees word. I had no reason to question what she was telling me. At the time of purchase, I asked and then repeated that the $25 card was unlimited, and was told it was. And it most definitely was not. I am incredibly disappointed.

When I discussed this with the blond headed manager he said oh we encourage that? Really? I told him we won't be back and thought it was creepy. Going on there to help a child who is lost or crying is one thing but a grown adult playing among all the kids the whole time is not to our liking. I assured him we won't be back. Adults need to go out to the gym not crawl around on a kids climbing playground.
