Amazing bagels. Came on a Sunday morning around 10:00 and they had almost everything in stock still. The bagels were fresh and chewy and delicious. Got the garlic bagel and it was perfectly garlicky and light.

Great little bagel and pastry shop. The quality and taste blow away bagel chains. They don't need to be toasted very long. Quality ingredients make them so yummy! CONCLUSION: 5-

This is the second time I've come here coming back from surfing at La Jolla in the morning and it's always such a treat eating a delicious breakfast bagel from this place. It's only a 10 minute drive from La Jolla Shores with a parking lot! I've never seen it busy when I go and they make my bagel really quick. I also love how there's outdoor seating with shade. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything which I topped off with Chalula. If you're hungry and want something quick and tasty for breakfast I'd highly recommend this place. Note the ice coffee is not from here it was my own!

Used to love this place, but 12$ for barely any cream cheese and a few strips of bacon is criminal. Mediocre at best. Never again.

The bagels are no good and way too pricy. Went in with a small crowd and took way too long for a bad bagel sandwich.

Go to Einstein's instead. $35 for 6 bagels - they charge you to cut bagels then they want a tip on top.

Great!! My only complaint was that the bagels didn't seem that fresh/freshly baked. But, quick service and yummy food.

These bagels are designed to be torn by hand and dipped into unique schmears! It's all part of their trademark experience- "Grip, Rip, and Dip" method. And don't even get me started on their schmears! They have unique, varied toppings- spicy scallion, sabatino truffle butter, spinach artichoke, and plain (among other greats). Scallion cream cheese is by far my fav 10/10! Bagels are served fresh and warm, never pre-sliced! Bagels have a crackly crust with a dense, chewy, yet tender interior! Overall, service and the quality of their bagels is second to none! Prices are high compared to other bagel shops around town. But well worth it!

It's pretty loud when you walk in because the kitchen area is open and the workers are busy making the bagels. We asked the staff what they would recommend for our first time and they gave us some recommendations. We got two everything, one sea salt, and one poppyseed with the chives schmear. If you only like plain butter on your bagel, bring your own because they only sell medium containers of butter and schmear. The everything bagel was phenomenal. I wish there was more fennel seed on it, but all the flavors were in complete harmony. The poppyseed bagel was okay. It definitely tasted better with the schmear. My favorite was the salt bagel! It had the perfect amount of salt and reminded me of a fluffy pretzel. Overall, this is a fantastic spot if you like a no-frills bagel experience. The bagels are the freshest bagels I've ever had. You don't need to toast the bagels. You can just rip them apart and dip in the schmear. I am excited to try out their Oceanside location as it is closer to me! I will definitely be back for more bagels in the near future

The first issue was that there was absolutely no A/C in the store and no fans were on so it was unbearably hot in the store. We placed a simple order for two coffees, a tea, and an açaí bowl -- but it took over 30 minutes to receive everything. There was only one staff member working, and she seemed completely overwhelmed trying to handle orders, make drinks, and run the register all by herself. On top of that, when we tried to order a cold brew at 11am, we were told they didn't have any available because they were still brewing it -- which was pretty surprising for a coffee shop, especially during morning hours. I understand staffing issues happen, and the person working was trying her best, but the service was painfully slow and made the experience frustrating. I hope they're able to add more staff during busy hours or streamline their process, because the coffee and food have potential -- but the wait time was way too long.

The Iced Blondie Mocha was tasty. Wasn't too watered down and the coffee was filled up to the lid inside of mostly ice. It had a great balance. The Pot Head Coffee Cold Brew Can was really good too. One of the few Coffee Cans that doesn't have that weird coffee can aftertaste. It was surprisingly smooth to drink. Wasn't bitter or too bland which a lot of Nitro Cold Brews attend to be.
