If you are almost anywhere in New England, this is THE auto repair shop to trust with your car…read more I'm serious: These are the best auto mechanics we've had the good fortune to discover, anywhere in the U.S. (And I don't say that casually, as we've lived in states from California to Texas to Florida, and had car repairs in all of them.) This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. And, just as important, their prices were very reasonable. This shop's staff are friendly, and the team have that perfect combination of integrity and honesty. They respected our rather tight budget limits, as well. If you are anywhere within a few hours of Concord, New Hampshire, and need car repairs, I recommend Accomplished Auto. It is the very best repair shop my husband and I have ever found.

But the online experience was great, did not make me feel pressured into saying yes to all of the repairs right at that point in time, and gave me a ballpark price for when I go back to complete those items. Staff was great, same day repairs, pictures of every step of the process done to the vehicle. Will be returning!

The guys at G&L are very professional, accurate in their estimate, and had my truck ready when they said they would. The facility was very clean, organized and brightly lit. Unlike the other garage that was so disgustedly dirty and dimly lit the mechanic had to wear a headlamp all day. It is difficult to find a real good repair shop, but G&L is a good choice. I will now be bringing all my vehicles there.

Recently, stopped into Moonlight and spoke to the owner, Lennie, about a noise in the front end of my car. He had his mechanic look over my car, when one of his mechanics noticed my right wheel was red hot to the touch. Upon further inspection , they found out that my front axle was broken and needed replacing immediately. They had to order the part, but had my car fixed in less that two hours and the cost was considerably lower than I had taken my car to a dealership. Thank you Lennie for getting it done so fast and reasonably priced. You guys are my saviors. Thank you so much.

I googled search this morning and I discovered for those in the future this year 2025 who needs to renew your NH state inspection go here. They are the lowest for NH state inspection around town as other places I called charged up to $60 bucks or are dishonest about their fee like Adams Auto Care when the lady told me it's $49.95 but I stated I saw online their advertisement for $29.95. She stated you must mention that to get that promotion rate which it didn't say that. Anyway, I wanted to share my fabulous and outstanding customer service phone skills as well in person skills Dan who portray exceptional professionalism. I waited for my car less than 1/2 wait time in their customer waiting lounge as they offer free wi-fi plus refreshments if you need them. Dan didn't rush on collecting my $14.95 NH state inspection right away until my car service was rendered and completed for the payment. I paid cash but I overheard Dan informing another patron if you pay with your credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee added on top of the invoice bill. Therefore, Dan fully communicated with his patrons which is what I really appreciate when going to get your car service. Kudos to Dan for professionally representing Extra Care Auto Repair.
