I knew I shouldn't ignore it as much as I ignored my tire light (which had been on for the past month.) On Thursday morning, I called multiple garages hoping they had appointments open to take a look at my car. Sadly, most places were completely booked. I had work later that day... I had no time to waste. Thankfully though, calling Northwood resulted in my car being fixed that morning! The sound coming from my car was a minor problem, fixed by removing chunks of snow from under my car! Additionally, The technicians were available to change my oil, the dead bulbs in my lights, and pump my tires! I didn't even need to sell my kidney on the black market to pay for the service! Seriously, this place is excellent! The Master Technician, Dan, was so friendly and explained everything happening with my car. The next time I drive into a snow bank, I'll be returning to Northwood :)

I went out bought parts myself for $175. and went to a different mechanic and he changed me $150. to put them in. That is $325. far cry from the $869. the rip off con artist at this mechanic wanted to take me for! People beware the owner here is a thief and con artist got somewhere else and save a lot of money!
