We had a flyer posted at our door for a special carpet cleaning for $40. So we decided to take them up for their offer. The guys called to let me know they would 20 minutes late which I appreciated the phone beforehand. When they did arrive, the two gentlemen were courteous and polite. Explained to me about the price and what they were going to do. Now Here's my complaint: 1. They did not wear plastic booties over their shoes while they were cleaning the carpet, which left wet dirt stain marks that I had to clean up after they left. 2. They left water spill from the cleaner on the kitchen floor and didn't clean it up. 3. The carpet is super WET! It feels as though, someone spilled water all over the carpet. Which is probably going to take hours to dry up. On the bright side, the carpet does look a bit cleaner than it did before but will have to see once it's all dried up. I'd rather give them 2 stars for the quality of service and 4 stars for how courteous they were. So 3 stars seems about fair. read more

SCAM artists... Beware of them. We received a promo allegedly from our apt mgr announcing a "special" being offered by RuSoCorp -- for $40 to clean carpets in two rooms. When cleaners arrived, they said we would have to "pretreat" high traffic parts -- at a cost of another $15. We agreed. But those areas didn't really come clean. The guy who did the service just shrugged it off. Didn't offer to try again -- even though they were only here for about 20 minutes. Their cleaning equipment was portable (not from a truck). And they didn't even use hot water. We would have been better off renting a cleaner from Von's and doing it ourselves. We felt ripped off. Will not use them again. On top of it all, when I complained to the resident manager of the apartments, he said that they had not endorsed this company -- but it seems to perpetrate this scam about once/year (we've only lived here 8 months....) read more

VERY WET. Update: one of the other posts was right , it's been 34 hours and the carpet is still damp! But it's clean...... They were super friendly and we negotiated a great price but it has been seven hours and my carpet is still WET. Not damp, but wet. I am pretty disappointed with that however, they seem to have done a good job in removing the superficial stains that had acquired during the year. Additionally he was honest unlike many other companies, and said it would take between 6 to 8 hours. I just looked online and it did say normally 6 to 12 hours, which I believe has usually been my experience in the past. read more

Advertised with flyers around apartment complex. I was skeptical about the $40 living room+ bedroom price. I payed for the $10 extra "deep cleaning" for in front of the couch and entry areas; which seemed to include him spraying an extra liquid from a spray bottle and rubbing it in with his shoe. (Not joking). Equipment was like a rug doctor you can rent for a similar price. Two guys showed up promptly at scheduled time, spoke acceptable English and were reasonably friendly. They spent 35-45 min and the carpet was left pretty wet. Initially it looks the high traffic stains came out about 50%. Will post when totally dry and vacuumed. read more

I found this company from a flyer that was advertised on my door. I ended up paying $70 which paid for 2 carpets, heavy cleaning and sanitation spray. They came in on time, was easy to work with and convenient. I felt like I was getting the bang for my buck because other carpet cleaning companies wanted to charge double. Two guys showed up during the 2 hour window given. They refused to let me lift a finger, they moved and picked up whatever small furnitune they saw. They inquired about a couple of spots and we determined no special cleaning was necessary. They said to give it a couple of hours before replacing the furniture. $40 and done! They don't have a water truck, they used my bathtub for their water supply. The only concern I had was what my tub going to look like when they were through. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had!!! I had a carpet I procrastinated on washing for over 2 years and I have a dog which we potty trainned for the most part :( Now keep in mind, before this I would clean it once a year. I did do the treatments and sanitation. Yes it's $40 for cleaning but all the other charges (for spot, sanitation)where so worth it!! These guys rock!!! They are prepared, professional, hardworking and you get great quality. I even asked if they could do my old couch I was gonna throw away. Now it is like a new couch. I received an advertising flyer on my door (two rooms for $40). I had a huge older red wine stain in my master bedroom and figured I would give them a try to see if it would come up. Scheduling was a breeze and I even had to reschedule which they quickly accommodated. They showed up within the estimated time frame and got right to work. Ramiro was very friendly and professional. Since my main goal was to get the wine stain out of my master bedroom carpet, I told him I only wanted that bedroom done with focus on the stain. I figured I would have to pay extra for the stain removal so I only asked for one room to be done vs. two rooms for the $40 special. Ramiro offered to clean the entry portions of my other two bedrooms (I have area rugs covering most of the floor in those bedrooms) along with my master bedroom so that I would get my money's worth. They were on time. They quoted $95 but when they got here they tacked on "heavy soil fees" which I tried to say no to but they said the carpets wouldn't come clean without the pretreat. It really wasn't within our budget to spend more, but because our carpets were heavily soiled we agreed and they negotiated a little. They do not have a truck mounted system, they used our tub and brought in some kind of machine. They were quick and 36 hours later, carpets look 100% better. Biggest negative ........as I write this review, 36 hours later the carpets are still wet. :( We had 4 rooms, stairs with 15 steps, and a hallway done that was heavily soiled, like I said looks 100% better. We paid $50 more than quoted so the big question is, would I use them again?? The answer is yea, sure, I would. I would just invest in fans..... Update: 48 hours later, no stains have resurficed, stairs are still damp and are kind of sticky when I walk on them. Hoping that once they're dry they will feel good. read more

It cost $65 because of the so-called deep cleaning and sanitation. Joke. While it was drying my girlfriend took a paper towel and moved it over the carpet and it got black. That's disgusting. They have not answered ANY of my calls!! The carpets before were not in great shape but after they were done they looked as good as new. Also, we had some furniture that could not be moved. They were very creative with ways to still clean around the tough areas that needed it the most. Overall very accommodating, professional, and very reasonable price wise. I found out about these guys from a generic flyer created on someone's home computer that was left on every door in my complex. They claimed to be doing a promotion cleaning lots of places in my area. Probably not true, since the guys called me from their previous job to say they were on their way and they were 20 minutes away. But, whatever...who cares? They showed up, did a good job and it was inexpensive. It was a couple of guys who showed up in a pickup truck with a carpet cleaning machine and some chemicals. It's kind of like the machine you could rent at Ralph's. I've done the self-rental thing before. These guys charged about equivalent to doing it myself and they did a better job than I would've done and it saved me having to do it. The hardest part was just moving all the stuff out of the two carpeted rooms. Anyway, this is probably not a licensed, bonded business, and their gear is not as good as those businesses would be, but they got my carpets clean for a low fee, so I'm happy. read more

They use deceptive and misleading advertising to gain your trust and business only to change and manipulate their pricing and service once in your home and or place of business. Don't waste your time waiting for this company to show up because when they do it will be your valuable time wasted listening to their employees trying to double and triple your original service price because of various different reasons they find such as heavy soiling, irregular areas in your carpet, ect. I wasted two hours of my time on a Saturday waiting for them to show up an hour late, and then the individual informed me that my original quote of $40.00 to clean 375 square feet of carpet in a studio condo was now $100.00 due to the type of carpet plus overall soiling. The carpet by the way is beige standard builders grade carpet 1/4 inch nap, and was professionally cleaned 3 months prior by the building staff, has no were or stains what so ever, so I figured for $40.00 why not. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a bait and switch company full of CON-ARTIST'S. Not only myself but multiple of neighbors in my complex have fallen victim to the LIES of BuSo Corp, so this is a warning don't be the next VICTIM. read more

BuSo Corp is a rip-off scam. They posted a special deal at our complex, stating they had worked out a special deal with the complex...only I found out later they didn't...and I paid them $40 to clean two rooms, and then two days later $40 to clean another two rooms. Before they got there I moved everything out of the rooms to be cleaned, and they didn't like that I did that. One review on here said they liked them because they were in and out in under 30 minutes. Well, they were in and out in under 15 minutes on both occasions...this alone should make you suspect how good they are. The floors were wet, and there was a slight smell of shampoo, but the carpets were not clean at all. I ran a hair roller over an area that was supposed to have been cleaned, and got hair and dust. Also, I had asked them to treat certain spots on the carpet and they told me that it didn't need it. The spots stayed. Look, if you want to get your carpets wet with some smell good stuff, just mop it like you would a tile floor in the kitchen...you'll for sure do a better job than these guys did in cleaning my carpets. Our carpets are a few years old now and we have kids, so they get messed up quick. Their prices are very reasonable and they dont have a bunch of "extra" add on charges like the other companies. Like many others, I came by BuSoCorp via a flyer left on my door. I was in need of carpet cleaning and the prices on offer were amazing ($40 for two rooms and a hallway, plus $20 for most extras). Although nervous that this would not be a professional-grade clean, I was pleasantly surprised. They did not arrive with a Rug Doctor but real carpet cleaning equipment. They were on time, they communicated well, and they were flexible in their pricing. They ended up doing not just the two bedrooms and hallway (with an additional sanitizer formula to get rid of the dog pee smell), but my stairs, a sectional, and an area rug for a total of $150. The end product was excellent. I was really impressed with the time and care they took with my couch. They really spent a lot of time trying to get out a deeply set in stain, and it looked so much better when they had finished. I will definitely call them again. read more
