I love this Busaba in old st. they are very efficient there and well the food is always good, I just think some plates are a little bit price for what they offer but the calamari is amazing! I always go of some chicken satay and coconut rice if you want you can fill up with some Chinese broccoli and voilá!

This Thai restaurant is located very close to Holiday Inn Express. I came here for lunch. I thought the place is big. I sat by the window facing the street. Each table offers a set of spice and sauce in case customers want extra hot and spicy. Yes! Never forget to throw that in so your tongue is burning! I thought my waiter Robert was polite and smiley. Good gesture. They're just so polite there. Even the runner would make sure I sit well to make sure I know he's ready to place the food whenever I'm ready. I ordered prawn chili with rice and water. The portion size was small to medium, enough to keep me energized for the afternoon. The prawn chili was delicious. I recommend this dish if you like seafood. The lunch bill was reasonable. Unlike in NY, most Thai restaurants offer lunch specials so the dish comes with either spring roll or soup or salad. I don't remember seeing lunch menu. I think they have the same menu for dinner too. Funny story... While eating I kept hearing 2 women talking in the background. They spoke Thai. I thought there were 2 employees behind me not doing their job but doing the talking instead. After paying the bill I got up and turned and saw the 2 women sitting at the table enjoying their meals and talking. Language! Why can't I master them all so I know not to assume? Hey! I'm in Thai restaurant. I thought that's funny. Btw I didn't see any Thai employees here. Maybe they work night shift? Whatever the case is I just want to say I had a very good lunch at this place.

A rather pleasant place around this area [Old Street] but i can't say I was impressed with their food. The place looks nice, I find the big windows slightly too intrusive as all the pass-byers are too much of a distraction,. It doesn't feel like a quality dining place, it's more of a canteen feel in my opinion. The staff didn't seem to be very willing to help in terms of the menu and options. It's was more of a 'eat and leave' feel. I wasn't impressed. I would definitely not say that the food is that great, though i must also mention that it may be a matter of taste. Also half way through the meal i was having, my stomach had a rather weird reaction to what I was eating, it was bad. Stomach ache and all that... I am very unimpressed with this place. I do hope others will have better experiences there than mine. ps: the restroom is lush. i must give credit to that. the sign on the door for men and women's toilet is great! hehe

This Busaba has well trained staff which pay attention to their customer and offer genuine Thai food. They serve quite fast and always keep me informed which I called good services. The food are also tasty and pimping hot. Will definitely come again.

Delicious food! Nine of us were seated almost immediately with no reservation. Service was great. Great vibe and loved the ambiance.

Gone downhill. Green curry was bland and not spicy at all. There seemed to only be one server for the entire restaurant.

I was a bit skeptical of their paper container and ordering system, but once I had a sip on that soup... I was in noodle heaven! I've never been to Thailand to compare if this was an authentic Thai food, but I saw some Thai girls eating there and also heard the employees speaking Thai, so I'm pretty sure they are as authentic as I could get in London. I had too many fake Asian-fusion food in London so I was glad to know. I went back there again a few days later but they were closed for Easter holiday. I was so bummed. I'm definitely going back there again when I'm in London again!! Please stay there forever.

So just to break it to you all, this place is basically a Yelp slamdunk despite no previous…read morereviews. Hole in the wall Authentic as hell Cheap and friendly Specialist in a few key dishes Delicious and spicy too Just a few chairs and a table At lunch they do take out lunches of authentic Thai curries on rice and sell Thai snacks and sodas off the shelf. Think amazing green, red and massaman curries for a few pounds on your lunch break from the city. After 3pm the order of the day is BOAT NOODLES. Previously impossible to get this done right in London and now available cheap and easily here and just so perfect too. Their normal boat noddles are simply amazing but for a truly authentic version (if you know what I mean) you'll have to ask hard. Send me a message if you're confused and I'll explain off the record. It's not really necessary as its already better than any Thai noodle soup elsewhere in town without the extra unadvertised ingredients. In fact it's the one thing that can surpass pho and it surpasses the best kingsland road pho easily. You've been told!
