Brakes were fine, just dust build up, so no charge and appreciated. However, I was charged $531.95 for the alternator part alone (GM part #20911162), before labor/tax/fees. The same exact part number is available from Amazon ($199.70), GMPartsGiant ($268.81), and GMPartsClub ($318.59) -- all about half off what I paid, even accounting for normal shop markup over retail. Labor ($192) was fair. I wasn't shown itemized part pricing before authorizing the repair. Ask for the exact part number and price breakdown before agreeing to a repair here, or get a second quote. If you don't, expect to pay completely avoidable and unneccesary markups.

While my wife, our 8-month-old daughter, and I were traveling from Atlanta to a wedding in Leesburg, Virginia, our car broke down in Richmond. We dropped it off at Leete on a Friday afternoon, and I explained to the mechanics that we desperately needed the car repaired so we could drive back to Atlanta after the wedding weekend. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road. The very next day, the mechanic kept me updated with text messages throughout the afternoon and evening. To make a long story short, he stayed and worked on our car until 11:00 PM on a Saturday night! Once it was finished, he let me pay the bill over the phone, which actually turned out to be cheaper than the original quote. He safely hid the keys for us so we could drive our rental car back from Leesburg, swap vehicles, and make it safely home to Atlanta without a single issue.Without the team at Leete, we would have been stranded in Richmond, missing work, and stuck paying for extra hotel nights. I cannot thank them enough. What mechanic stays at a shop until 11:00 PM working on a stranded family's car while constantly keeping them updated? They have earned my highest recommendation!

I ended up getting a flat tire in the process. AAA took my car to Leete Tire for me. I usually go somewhere else, but wanted something walking distance and easy to pick my car up since I had a busy week ahead. Getting my tire plugged and patched was so easy and way more affordable than I expected. I paid under $40 for the repair and was thrilled. The gentleman who helped me check out was really kind and answered all my questions about the tire too. I highly recommend coming here to fix a flat tire.

Torque Tube, radiator, precision repair I've owned many…read morevehicles over the years but never had the need to bring one to this shop--not because they weren't capable, but because none of my cars required the kind of high-skill work they specialize in. That changed when I picked up a very fast 2015 Corvette with the all-too-common torque tube issue. I'll admit, I was a little nervous at first. I've heard too many horror stories from other Corvette owners about shops botching this repair. But after doing my research, I felt confident bringing it here. They regularly work on high-end sports and luxury cars, and they were upfront and honest about timelines, parts ordering, and what to expect with the repair. The result? Absolutely spectacular. The mechanic--Dave, I believe--did an incredible job. Everything was handled with precision and professionalism. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who owns a high-performance vehicle and or any car fior that matter, if you want to be treated right bring your vehicle ro EuroTune!

I only brought it in to find out more about the heat sensor (for my heated seats) and front bumper parking assistant (the front camera). After the diagnostic was done, I decided not to have the repairs done because of pricing. I informed EuroTune of my decision not to move forward and came to pick my car up the next day. Upon starting the car, I noticed the check engine light and other lights indicating faults were lit up on the dashboard. These lights were never on before bringing it in. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they were going to fix the issue. They said it was because their mechanic had a lot of things open for the diagnostic check and may not have put everything back correctly. However, later that evening, I received a text saying they looked through a camera scope through the radiator cover and noticed that a rodent chewed through the wiring. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained that my car is garage kept and I have regular pest inspections at my home so there was no way there was rodent damage prior to me bringing it in. That's when Jennifer explained that it may have happened at their facility while parked in the lot, however there was nothing they could do at that point without me paying for further service. At this point I do not trust this mechanic shop and regret going to EuroTune and would advise anyone to not bring their vehicles here for anything. I feel I was scammed.

My Rivian R1S had a fist sized dent in the rear bumper that I was told would take "1-2 weeks" to repair. I was asked to give them $1,000 up front to pre-order the parts. OK. After the first week I called to see when I could pick it up to find they were waiting on insurance to approve their supplemental work and parts list, totaling over $17,000. No work being done and no notifications or calls. Insurance approved 30 days of car rental. I got my vehicle back today and had to pay $900 in rental fees because it took over 6 weeks to complete the work. They blamed insurance (probably a factor) They blamed Rivian for back ordered parts (perhaps) and had to "re-order" some parts during assembly (no explanation) I paid another $1,500 (deductible) and they were going to withhold delivery because GEICO owed them another $1,700. I was less than gracious at this point and they finally agreed to ship the vehicle (as long as I agreed to pay the $1,700 if GEICO doesn't). Communication was reactive, only becoming proactive after my multiple complaints and emails. All staff were respectful and professional in responding (even when I wasn't) and the actual work itself and detailing were very good. Would I use them again? No. Do Rivian owners in VA have other options... No. I suspect they overinflated the repair costs to GEICO leading to unnecessary and frustrating delays. I can't prove that. If Insurance wasn't involved, would this cost $17,000 to GEICO and me $3,400? Over $20K! I doubt it. They recommended I use insurance and I guess I know why! They did deliver the vehicle saving me 5 hours of round trip driving.
