Torque Tube, radiator, precision repair I've owned many vehicles over the years but never had the need to bring one to this shop--not because they weren't capable, but because none of my cars required the kind of high-skill work they specialize in. I brought my car here to be serviced. There was nothing major wrong with my car, there were no lights lit up on the dashboard at all. I only brought it in to find out more about the heat sensor (for my heated seats) and front bumper parking assistant (the front camera). After the diagnostic was done, I decided not to have the repairs done because of pricing. I informed EuroTune of my decision not to move forward and came to pick my car up the next day. Upon starting the car, I noticed the check engine light and other lights indicating faults were lit up on the dashboard. These lights were never on before bringing it in. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they were going to fix the issue. They said it was because their mechanic had a lot of things open for the diagnostic check and may not have put everything back correctly. However, later that evening, I received a text saying they looked through a camera scope through the radiator cover and noticed that a rodent chewed through the wiring. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained that my car is garage kept and I have regular pest inspections at my home so there was no way there was rodent damage prior to me bringing it in. That's when Jennifer explained that it may have happened at their facility while parked in the lot, however there was nothing they could do at that point without me paying for further service. At this point I do not trust this mechanic shop and regret going to EuroTune and would advise anyone to not bring their vehicles here for anything. I feel I was scammed. read more

Lied to and service was incomplete. I got my brakes repaired and the sensors weren't changed. Brake lights were never on. A taller brunette, white mechanic lied and said I needed my back brakes done. I just got them checked at Turners and nothing was wrong. read more

I can't say thanks enough to the guys at EuroTune.. They took care of my one of a kind ( in the United States ) 1992 Opel Senator after a timing chain failure in my 24V 3.0L Inline 6. I checked all around Richmond, Twin Star on Broad, Import Autohaus, anyone that you think would specialize in BMW or similar cars. No one would touch it. I tried a few of the specialty restoration shops and they would only give me an "estimate" that started at a ridiculous number and a "when we can get to it" time frame. I had quite literally about given up hope of finding anyone in Richmond that would do it in a fair and timely manner. Then I found Eurotune. They gave me a fair estimate, and told be exactly when to drop it off. So I collected and ordered the parts, and then when the time came to drop it off, I did. In a timely fashion my Senator was back on the road, with new tires and running better than ever. They met the estimate, thier attention to detail was amazing, and they completely exceeded my expectations. With the Carlisle Import show ( The Opel communities largest annual meet ) only two weeks away I couldn't be happier. I dunno, I guess this is gonna be kind of a mixed review. I like the price on the oil change and the fact they kept the appointment on time and the time lapse estimate was correct. Did not care so much for the $2,000 estimate to repair and electronic mirror. I reckon, I'll sho around. Nice people though...but just to hard to take that number without looking for other alternatives. I don't really need to buy a whole new mirror and pay over a $100 dollar per hour labor. read more

Since I've moved to Richmond Eurotune has worked on my Audi and I must say so far so good they take good care of her and don't try to get over with a bunch of repairs that aren't needed they are honest and I've had a pleasurable experience will continue to bring my baby here . We have used Eurotune for our auto service of newer Audi & Mercedes cars for over three years now. The shop and parking lot is crowded and run down a bit, but the people are super nice, they know their cars, and they are fair and reasonably priced. I would go to them with anything structural or engine related. There was a time where I think the advice they gave me on tires was not great, so I decided that tires and wheels are not their specialty. But wow I couldn't ask for a better repair shop for everything else. read more

They're already getting slammed for Business. They do tires, headlights, bumper repair and replacement, door replacement, oil changes, diagnostics, engine repair. You name it. I had a 1:00 appt and was late, They still allowed me (and welcomed me) to have my car looked at. They're very customer service friendly. They seem to be very timely in taking back your vehicle, and explained things very well, with a foreign car hardly any question is a stupid one. Seems to me these folks are up for the challenge if you think you've got one. They did a 'diagnostic' on my car and found nothing wrong which I know not to be true, at least 4 items would have come up, so I was charged $30 for them to do one of those quick Firestone diagnostics and charge me for it. They went out of their way to help resolve an issue I had and made sure that I knew what was going on each step of the way. They are also a solid recommendation if you are in the Richmond Metro area and need any custom coding. I was so excited to find out about this place opening in the neighborhood. My first visit was great - they were super friendly and helpful. Routine work was done quickly and the service was great so I decided to try them out for some repairs that were needed. That started me down the road of no return. Since that second visit I have had to take my VW back every time either to refix what was supposed to be fixed or there was something new wrong with the car. It was either something new they found or the original repair was not done correctly. I've spent a significant amount of money at Euro Tune over the past 3 months and decided to share my thoughts with them. Their response was so unexpected I was shocked. They told me they were seriously considering not working on VW Bugs anymore because they are so prone to problems. They also said since my car was 15 years old I should expect problems. My car just turned 100K miles and has had routine upkeep it's whole life. I have never had these kinds of problems at other garages. Their lack of concern was unbelievable. Be very cautious taking your import car here, especially a VW. read more

The work was covered under an extended warranty and Eurotune worked with the insurance provider to coordinate the work and did an outstanding job in correcting the problem. These guys are awesome! I literally "stumbled" upon them in the course of buying some parts at the local Napa store. The owner at the shop I normally use was extremely rude to me (on the phone) while I was buying parts.
