This is not a place to receive any service period. From the so called repairs to the customer…read moreservice can only be described as as an awful experience. Constant delays for repairs, excuses, attitudes can be summed up as a piss poor business. My expectations to support a local business was severely diminished when I took my vehicle in for repairs. I highly recommend this mobile mechanic! What was expected to be about a 2-hour alternator…read morereplacement on my 2007 Lexus IS250 turned into a much more difficult job. The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right. My Lexus is back on the road, and I am very grateful for the work he put in. Five stars well deserved! If you need a mobile mechanic who is willing to stick with a difficult repair and see it through, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.
