My best friend came out to visit & decided to use the car wash. It malfunctioned & would not complete the process. I decided to take her in my car & attempt a car wash. It did not complete my car wash either & the phone numbers provided only initiated a fax. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will be looking for a refund come Monday, when hopefully someone will be there to issue 2 refunds. read more

This place is great! A combined laundromat, car wash, and dog wash facility (all self-service), the building is located next to JC's Restaurant on your way out (west) of Burton square. Laundromat section had plenty of washers & dryers including super large ones dedicated to big stuff like blankets. They have a drop off laundry service too. (Not sure if they send out for dry cleaning though.) Car wash is the automated type in which you drive in, the robot washes your car, and you drive out slowly as the blower scoots the rinsewater away. They have two car lanes. We love using the self-service 4-Paws pet wash which is complete with elevated tub and ramp and a self-service system that takes quarters ($0.25/30-sec). Once you buy time it lets you select shampoo, conditioner, deodorizer, rinse, or warm air dryer. There's even a disinfectant setting that allows you to wash down the tub BEFORE you let your pup climb in and a de-skunk setting in case, god forbid, your pup decides to tango with one of nature's more unsavory glands. Love the convenience of having your pup high enough to bathe and dry without needing to bend down at all. Built in chain helps keep your pup from running off and the timed room exhaust helps vent out the moisture-laden air without making it too cold inside. The room, separate from the rest of the facility, is kept clean, spacious, and even has its own parking space just outside the door. We're definitely repeat customers here - couldn't ask them for anything. We hope they continue to keep things working and clean as they are today! read more

Car wash prices went up, the quality of wash went down. Going back to Chardon to wash our family vehicles. If you wash your car in Chardon, you know who I'm talking about, no need to mention it here. There used to be a time when higher prices meant better services. read more
