Sad to say, but Russ Endres/Alicia Reed (from Wisconsin Management Company) are quite the opposite. They provide unsafe and unhealthy living conditions, and have been cited for many housing code violations, fire code violations, public health violations and NSPIRE violations to name a few. I sincerely wish they conducted their businesses like Endres Manufacturing does. It's interesting how people from the same family can be so different. Thank you Endres Manufacturing for providing a positive example to the community!

Here's just one example: During their recent Wauktoberfest Celebration, one of the owners was very busy setting up and getting things ready for the festivities. My 94-year-old grandpa had stopped by, unannounced, to ask if he would be willing to show him around and tell him about one of their new buildings. The owner immediately stopped what he was doing and gave my grandpa a tour of their facility. The owner was dripping in sweat from running around and working so much, but he still took the time to open up his building to answer all of my grandfather's questions. I can't tell you how much this meant to my grandpa and to our family. Thank you for ALL you do Endres Manufacturing! Your kindness and compassion for others is noticed and greatly appreciated by so many!

I had bought my first home with a wood burning fireplace/chimney. I am new to fireplaces, so I went…read morewith this business to inspect and update anything needed to make my fireplace in good working order for the winter. When they came out, they got my wife (I work all day, so my wife had to deal with these people). Upon doing their inspection, they told my wife the following which was texted to me by her (see photo 1). We went ahead and hired this company to do the work and make those replacements (see photo 2 on how it looked before the work was done. What they said was going to be a week took almost three weeks and several phone calls with an update on what's going on. They came and did the work and we paid them. I'm going to assume they weren't going to think we were going to look at their work (please see photos 3 and 4 which is what we paid roughly 1800 dollars for). Needless to say I wasn't happy, and neither was my wife. She reached out to them and communicated what I thought was going on with their workmanship (please see photo number 5 for their reply). For them to actually argue that the collar they put on wasn't almost completely if not totally mangled and bent is absurd. Their reply was beyond mind boggling. We decided to have them come out and replace the mangled and bent collar (see photo 6 for the replaced collar). Also see photo 7 of the mess on my lawn they didn't clean up. The fact that they replaced the shoddy workmanship did help and ultimately prevent a complaint with the BBB and/or a potential lawsuit, but that is the last business I will do with these clowns. I will be giving my money and repeat business to a different chimney/fireplace company. Please take this review into consideration if you choose to go with this business.

I highly recommend Orion Land Surveyors…read more I own property in an older section of Madison, WI, that has an extremely complicated history of lot surveys. Original plat boundary markers are often missing or survive only inconsistently throughout my neighborhood. I found that Bill Wenzel was able to do an enormous amount of "library" research to reconstruct the original plat survey measurements as best possible, and then apply these data to using GPS and laser survey equipment to generate an extremely accurate, reliable survey of my property. In all honesty, I didn't know that city lot histories can sometimes require this type of background research before an accurate survey can be performed. Bill stuck with his work diligently until he could point to accuracies of about 1/4 inch on his delivered survey, which was not particularly easy to provide. Bill was meticulous, and I found his rates to be very reasonable. So, yeah, I give him a very high rating.
