    Breakfast Enchiladas

Wanted to update and say that again this place is the SPOT! Breakfast is delicious. We both got the breakfast enchiladas (accompanied by some late-morning michis) and the price is unbeatable. Still our favorite up the road restaurant

The food was beautiful and delicious. Definitely will go back! Silas, cheese enchiladas, shredded beef taco, rice (exceptional), and beans. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only problem was they had NewsMax on the TV and it was politics. Ugh.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Still, will be back and hoping for music (Bad Bunny?)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Newer business that is now running more efficiently and I have to say...this place exceeded my expectations! Don't worry about the earlier reviews when they were working out the kinks. It is time to try this place out now! Enchiladas were delish Everybody loved their order. But I have to say that when I asked the staff for a recommendation, they said "the sopas...with adobada (I.e. Al Pastor meat) So I ordered one on the side. So glad I did! I don't usually order them because they are usually store bought, hard to chew. Hmmm. Not here! Bomb! Fire! Firebomb!!! Legit. The sopa had texture but it was soft, savory, and super fresh. It tasted so good that I forgot to take a picture of it!!!! Fail on my part. I know what I will order next time. How about you??

    Breakfast burrito

This little restaurant was perfect! We popped in and had a breakfast burrito which was fantastic. It was very large so I am glad my husband and I shared one. The waitress was very friendly and quick with everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at how big the menu was.

Sunday mornings are meant to be leisurely but this time we were in a rush. We had actually slept in until 7am, normally up by 5am without alarms. The hubs event started at 9am so we made the quick drive for a to go order, calling two blocks from the restaurant after glancing at the menu. We both decided the first item on the menu we would try; Orcut Hash, did sourdough toast and homemade biscuit We had just a couple minutes to sit and order iced tea to go. Before the server could get us our iced teas our food was ready. It's super cute inside...can't wait to come back and enjoy the sit down restaurant. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Large alcoholic choice of drinks... really wanted that spicy Mary but since we were in a rush stuck with iced tea. The only 1 minute drive back to the gun range in Santa Maria was grueling smelling that gravy... We were both were thrilled at the large portions. It was amazing! I love gravy and could have used a little bit more but honestly I think it was fine for a normal person plus remember we go to go order so I suspect it soaked up a little on the drive. The staff threw in pepper and Tapatio which the hubs loves. I had Yellow Bird Blue Agave Sriracha in my travel trailer and used a little on it. OMG! It was so good! The potatoes had a nice crunch on them. That gravy was amazing. The biscuit was great, had a bite and saved the rest for later. The hubs managed to eat his whole plate and was stuffed! I might have eaten 1/4 of mine saving it for later. We will for sure be back!

Our servers were so nice and made it a great experience. Definitely a staple breakfast spot!

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was surprisingly delicious and the wife ordered a beer. We sat in the bar area and I decided to go with the self pour option where they give you a card to tap a sensor and select any beer on tap to pour yourself. Me and a buddy of mine had some issues with a few of the self pour taps where we just believed they were out of beer and it also over charged us. I told a server about my single issue where it over charged me and he said he would take care of it but my friend had the worst of luck. 2/3 beers he attempted to pour were simply out. This was when Jess, our savior came to the rescue. When it was time to pay the tab, she comped both of our orders. Mind you, I had 4 beers. Guess what the total was? Yeah, $28. Paid for my wife's beer and our pizza and because I had a single complication with the beer self pour station, she comped the 4 beers I had as well as my friend's order. This is Grade A customer service and a reason why I'd return to Blast 825 Brewery, so shoutout to Jess! We all appreciate you.

While I had high hopes for a good meal, the experience was significantly marred by several issues: Poor Service: We were largely ignored, with staff failing to address requests. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, leading to incredibly long wait times for service. It took 25 minutes to be asked what we were drinking, and another 20 minutes for two beers to arrive Food Quality Issues: The food served was of low quality, specifically corn rib appetizer were ice cold , the tri-tip was very over cooked and was difficult to chew. My wife ordered the orcutt hill salad entree. The salad was missing two ingredients. Prosciutto and candied pecans. When asked about it the waitress said I will bring you some. She brought a cup of smoked ham, not prosciutto. She indicated that the kitchen was out of candied pecans. Don't you think that should be disclosed to the customer before ordering ? The salad was small, not an entree size. When we asked about seeing a manager, we got a bill with a neighborhood 15% reduction. When asked about that, I was told, that's all the manager is willing to do. Really ? I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer

When we arrived, we discovered that you need to order at the counter first, then take your number and find a seat in the dining area. With my son being in a wheelchair, it's always worrisome when they have this type of seating situation, as I am never sure if there's seating available, much less appropriate seating available for our family. However we lucked out and we were able to find a table right away. There's also counter seating available, and water is self serve with a dispenser in the corner . The food came out hot and fresh and tasted better than I expected! My pho ga had great flavor and the chicken was tender. My family also got pho tai, a vermicelli bowl and the bbq plate with lemon grass pork chop. Everything was excellent. The only frustrating thing about dining here is that there are no utensils on the table like most Vietnamese places I dine at, and frequently having to ask the staff for things that you've already asked for and they forget to bring gets annoying.

The hashbrowns were crispy, well-cooked, and managed the rare feat of not doubling as a sponge for a gallon of fryer oil.
