The size is right for me but husband, who got a Sausage filled one said he should have gotten the 10". the drinks are $2 - I got a Horchata (and its refillable!). Anytime I am in Amarillo I will never forget to stop at Burrito. The chips and salsa that Jose graciously offered us before our meals was the best we have ever had. Never had I had salsa where you could taste the freshness of the tomato and the homemade tortilla chips perfectly cooked. Not to mention, the enchilada with green salsa was out of this world. I had high hopes for this hole in the wall taqueria, but it really lacked flavor. I had three of their breakfast tacos and struggled to find any flavor in them. The red salsa was watery with some heat to it, but didn't improve the overall lack of flavor. The best meat was the brisket, it was dry, but had a little flavor to it. We stopped on our way west. We were here Thursday morning around 8:15. We were the only people eating in the restaurant, everyone else was picking up or called in their orders. The food came out pretty quickly and all of it was ON POINT. I had a fully loaded breakfast burrito which had eggs, potatoes, and cheese. I asked for bacon and green chile. The tortillas had that fluffy, warm, homemade-from-grandma taste and texture. I ordered an Oregon chai. It was ok. I'm pretty easy to please with hot drinks. My sons ordered smoothies--they were huge. They tasted like a pre-made mix, just a heads up that it's not a "fresh fruit" smoothie. My son ordered a pumpkin latte, it had good flavor. Found this place on Yelp, so I gave it a try. They Lady at the desk was very helpful. This was our first time in. She explained everything to use, and how it works. I order the loaded burrito, I chose to have sausage in mine and loved it. Also order the bean and cheese burrito oh my it was good. Also order another loaded burrito but with there house made chorizo, my friend side it was good, and that they would order this again. We will be going back to this place. Such a good find. I was very pleasantly surprised to see they offered "soyrizo" as one of the options, among plenty other options. The burritos are huge and SO good! They offer red or green (spicy) salsa.
