I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

When I walked I was welcomed by Cameron and very nice young man. I told him that we needed this package overnighted with a signature guaranty by close of business tomorrow. I had already checked the rates and was pleasantly surprised when the actual price was almost $20 cheaper than was I saw online. It is not as cheap as it used to be for overnight (I remember when it was under $20.00) but I loved that I was able to save $20.00 anyway. However using the Pflugerville Pecan St location will result in some rude treatment from the owner. She and I had an unpleasant conversation about the fact that since I wasn't her "customer", she was entitled to charge me a pickup fee. According to her I had no business in using her store as a pickup location. She mentioned charging me a fee. I happen to know the regulations about shipping and calmly explained that she had no right to limit pickups in the UPS system. She became increasingly rude and angry but finally released the package. She really wanted to be angry and didn't expect dealing with someone knowledgeable about the regulations related to interstate commerce. The regular employees are fine, no issues. However this woman has ensured that that store will not see any of my UPS business that will generate revenue for her.

They allowed me to place my baby footprint photos meticulously in the laminate paper so that I could save some money which was awesome. They have a self serve area where you can print, table, cut, etc. without any staff interference. I took advantage of the small seating area to cut all my feet out which was nice and relaxing. They have a quick and easy pick up process with two shelves- one for photo and another for all other store items. Only con is that I ordered a custom address stamp for my Christmas cards which was supposed to be available next day for pick up but unfortunately they don't have any in stock and neglected to call or have any documentation on the website. Big bummer. BUT they were able to get another stamp order going and I was able to get a larger size stamp without having to pay the difference.
