The brisket was delicious and tender, and the hamburger was very flavorful. Add a slathering of BBQ sauce, and you know this is worth a second trip to SE Kansas. I enjoyed the classic potato salad, but I do like how my husband makes it with a little Worcesterchire Sauce to kick it up a notch. We talked with the owner, Mark Davidson, and his wife.
