I am extremely disappointed with Laser Away and their consistently poor customer service…read more From the very beginning, I've encountered countless scheduling and system issues that have made it impossible to move forward with my treatment confidently. At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Had a consultation in NYC for the fractional laser treatment but after that place messed up my botox and gave me a droopy eye, I wasn't going to let them get me with a laser. Jamie was totally willing to work around my crazy schedule and we met for a consultation on a sunday. She explained everything and I ended up signing up right then and there and had my first treatment. I have never had anything like this done before so I was really nervous but Jamie put me at ease. She allowed me to take a break when necessary and she was SO thorough. I was impressed. I can't speak for the results as of yet since I only had it four days ago but I am looking forward to posting my before and after pics once I complete all laser treatments. Four days in and I'm already seeing results. Will update after final treatment.

She was very knowledgeable and I did both lasers that she recommended. She was so very thorough and explained everything the entire time. Im a few weeks post treatment and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Within several days my dark spots darkened and then flaked off. My freckles were lightened and my skin looks so youthful! I've noticed a decrease in fine lines and a bright, even skin tone. I absolutely recommend Jamie and will be returning in the future!

Dr. Kerin has done a wonderful job of making my skin look youthful and luminous without sacrificing any of my facial features which make me look like myself. I had previously gotten Juvederm in my frown lines, but all that did was make my face look fatter. When I went to Dr. Kerin, he showed me how injections under my eyes and at my jowls could decrease the deepness of those lines without losing facial structure. I have been to see Dr. Kerin twice and had Juvederm Voluma injected under my eyes, on my cheekbones, and in my jowls. I also got botox around my eyes and on my forehead. My skin looks wonderful.

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." When I met with the piercer this summer, she told me that the barbell jewelry I wanted would need to be ordered and that she would contact me when it came in. I specifically asked her to please contact me about it, and she assured me that she would. I never heard from her. After waiting about a month, I called the shop myself. I explained the situation to the receptionist and gave her my name and phone number. She told me she would give my information to the piercer so that she could call me. Again, I never received a call. Weeks later I also reached out to the piercer directly and received no response. At that point, I emailed the shop directly hoping that management or someone else could help me. I explained that I had been waiting for an update and simply wanted to know whether the jewelry had been ordered and when I could expect it. I received no response to that message either. That is what ultimately led me to leave this review. It wasn't about having to wait for the jewelry. I understand that special orders can take time. It was being told that I would be contacted, then calling and being told again that the piercer would contact me, reaching out to the piercer myself, and finally contacting the shop directly, and still receiving no response. After all of those attempts, I honestly felt ignored as a customer. I rarely leave negative reviews, which is why this is especially disappointing for me. A simple phone call, message, or email, even just to say there was a delay, would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, after repeatedly trying to get a simple update and receiving no response, I've decided to go somewhere else for my piercing.
