I was placed on the third floor, which wasn't a problem as the elevator worked just fine. I was handed a set of towels because apparently in their records towels had not been placed in the room, but when I got there I saw that there were plenty of towels already there. No problem... just meant I had spares. Everything was clean and tidy inside, the bed was very comfortable for the night, and I slept well.
