Maintenance of the facility to ensure your valuables are stored in a clean environment as stated on their website and in their contract. They are in breach of their contract for the entire facility (including climate control units) are very infested with bugs and rodents. This is a health hazard with the level of excrement and dead rodents lying around. I brought all the concerns to the management and there was absolutely no concern for the infestation. I have to dispose of most of my items. The response was "that is why you have insurance ". Buyer or in this case, renter beware.
