They were aware of termites and only had the office sprayed and 1 unit which contained thier stuff. No regard for anyone else's unit. When confronted, we were told they aren't responsible and ABC pest control said they were only told to spray area around office and the one unit. Therefore, Danny's family are aware of termites but not caring for people who entrust them and pay them to safe keep personal items that can't be replaced due to being deceased. Dont use this facility. They don't care so long as it isn't thier stuff being damaged. Back when Danny was alive, it was being kept up. When there was roof leaks, he took responsibility. I bet if there's leaks now, his family that took over wouldn't acknowledge that as Danny had in the past. Also left Google review but apparently they had it removed. Please dont bring your personal irreplaceable items here. Dont get me wrong, Amy in the office is a caring, loving, sweet lady. However she has no control over owners now. Including pics to show. Yes, we left the unit like that because we were told to so Amy could discuss matter with owner and bring it to thier attention. Owners could care less.
