I called to reserve and he welcomed me to the first class by text. I've been really happy with the workouts, even though I have never been a morning workout person. The programs are varied and efficient. Matthew does not have a 'drill sargeant' style, so my preconceptions of 'boot camps' are not a problem. It is go your own pace, if you're feeling it or not on any given day, if you can just make it to class, there's a workout for you. 530am class is generally busiest. 630, 730, and 830 classes currently have room for more students.
