Classes are run by good and dedicated instructors. Unlike large corporate gyms this place makes you want to go. In my case, it has kept me physically fit as it feels like it is your own private gym. Open any time that you're ready to go. The staff has always maintained a friendly and helpful atmosphere and are there if you need them. Did I mention that I'm a fit 84 and my wife is 80. She maintains fitness due in large part to the excellent (highly aerobic) Zumba classes and instructors. I have maintained my weight, aerobic and flexibility training with regular use of the diverse equipment and this has allowed me to "Keep the Old Man Out." Unlike many gym experiences, I look forward to going. Did I mention that we love the place?!

Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative exercises if you have mobility issues. So much of CrossFit is about mobility, and not necessarily strength. The coaches at G-Theory are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about proper form above anything else. Its members are encouraging and welcoming, which makes each work out enjoyable. Chemotherapy put me into early menopause, and I eventually developed osteoporosis. My doctor told me how important strength training was, but I was honestly afraid of getting injured. After my first appointment at The Exercise Coach, I realized I needed to make a change. I signed up right away and committed to coming in twice a week. Five months later, I had another bone scan, and the results were amazing. Not only have I reversed my osteoporosis, but my bone density has improved by 4.5%! I actually cried when I got the results. Everybody is really nice and they seem very knowledgeable about personal training but also if you have any injuries that you have to watch out for etc. I recommend this place if you're looking to build strength, especially if you're not like a cardio crazed person, because they don't do that here. Cardio is not what my body needs and they know it and they give you what your body needs to tone, firm, strengthen, and even lose weight.
