The reason I rated the Dressing Rooms and Carpet a 2 is due to the amount of stains and lack of cleaning they have received and the smell in one of them. I do believe if the carpet is removed it the overall quality of the area would be improved. If it is replaced with faux wooden flooring it would give the appearance and quality a modern look and not look as old in the mens department.

They were super rude, making rude comments under their breath. When Daisy and Lirin had asked for help creating a "webb order," Kenley said "what do you want me to do about it" and then said "b*tvh" under her breath as she walked away. When the two young women asked for assistance from the manager she had a horrible attitude walking up. Lirin was unsure how to properly create our order and the manager was not happy about having to help. The whole environment felt very intense. (The manager, maybe Lauren, was very rude to Lirin. Selection of fishing tackle was a little thin. There were 12 people in line behind me as well as three in front of me with one cashier. I offered to let six of the people behind me go in front of me because they just had one or two items. Finally, I got to the cashier. As the big, tall manager was walking away, the cashier asked him if he was gonna help, and he just scoffed and walked off and went to the back. Everyone of the employees in the store acted like they were all mad and had terrible attitude. Our family is in the people business in retail sales with 650 employees. We understand how it is with employees with an attitude. They don't work for us if they display this attitude. The customer is King. I will continue to go back to Academy and hopefully the experience will be better. As a follow up. The manager called me the next day. I was impressed that he did so. He invited me to come visit the store again.
