The reason I rated the Dressing Rooms and Carpet a 2 is due to the amount of stains and lack of cleaning they have received and the smell in one of them. I do believe if the carpet is removed it the overall quality of the area would be improved. If it is replaced with faux wooden flooring it would give the appearance and quality a modern look and not look as old in the mens department.

Those 3 women were super helpful. On the other hand 2 women working there, Kenley I think was one of their names and possibly a manager, maybe by the name of Lauren, wearing a blue blouse were terrible. They were super rude, making rude comments under their breath. When Daisy and Lirin had asked for help creating a "webb order," Kenley said "what do you want me to do about it" and then said "b*tvh" under her breath as she walked away. When the two young women asked for assistance from the manager she had a horrible attitude walking up. Lirin was unsure how to properly create our order and the manager was not happy about having to help. The whole environment felt very intense. (The manager, maybe Lauren, was very rude to Lirin. She was upset that Lirin did not know how to create the order but offered hardly any assistance in making the process easy and fast.) Only leaving 3 stars due to the atmosphere. Lirin, Daisy, and the women in the pink blouse were amazing!

I pointed this out to the associate when I returned it the day after the orginal purchase. I checked and they did not have the product in stock. I picked it up and checked it when I got the the car. It was the same defective shirt I returned the week before. They just retagged it and sold it again and lucky me, I was the one to get it. I asked for the manager and a woman came up to me though I am not sure she was the actual manager since there was no name tag or label to show her name or position. The only thing she could do was return it and refund me. They could not order it and have it delivered to my home nor could she reinstate the discount or waive shipping if I reordered. I would have to call corporate. **** Update, I had to go to the store today to get the second item in my order that was delivered to this store. I actually talked to the real manager today and she was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about the situation. We talked for a while. She was able to help me recoup my discount of a shirt I bought today and told me when I come back that she will credit me the additional 5.00 Kohl's cash that I lost in the deliver to store option. Hopefully she will also talk to the employees about returns and listening a little better.
