These cock-ups have become more frequent as time has gone on, regardless if it's for the gray area products the store carries or things that are still completely legal and clear, and the owners need to start cracking down on ensuring their staff actually know what they're selling.

It was labeled $12.99, but the guy ringing me up had to ask someone else the price. When he do, I informed him that the price tag on the front was for$12.99. Three months later, I came in to purchase another of the $12.99 taks. The same guy was ringing me up and had to ask someone else again for the price. They were going to try to charge me ten dollars over the marked price tag. Luckily I saw the price tag on the box for $12.99. They will drop whoever they think they can get away with. I would rather pay extra than to be ripped off by these two stores. They will take whatever money they can get away with. I would've given them a zero review of I could have.

He was selling magic stuff as bundles when he clearly couldn't get anyone to buy the hundreds that he already has on shelves. He also has event items that are to be given away to customers, but in order to receive them you have to buy bundles worth 200$ at the least. I tried other means of payment for them as well, even offering to buy some individually, but the man is stubborn and hard headed. No clue how this business is still up and running. Wouldn't recommend even in the slightest. The other women working there are awesome, but brother is just too much. Shop elsewhere. There's a shop at the mall near by, located over by the movie side as you walk in. Much better people and business there. Even GameXChange is a better place than Collector's Den. As an out of town person, this is definitely the worst place to shop in Wichita Falls.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place when I was showing her the landmark skyscraper, which is probably my favorite Wichita Falls fun fact. The shop owner is very nice, and she was telling a couple the story of the skyscraper when we walked in. She has lots of furniture, decor, and other little things that you find in shops like this. When you walk up the stairs in the skyscraper, the story of the con is along the walls, which is fun to see. There are two levels of clothing in the skyscraper, so you can see downtown Wichita Falls while you browse through the racks. The very top has some artwork.
