This is probably the best target I've ever been to. They have a great Starbucks that makes the drinks actually taste good, the fitting rooms have a large one for nursing moms that has a large chair with a side table that has a phone charger station , the bathrooms are clean, great selection of stuff, and the best part is the people that work here actually care about their quality of service. I was trying to meet a few particular things on my app to get a discount and they really went above and beyond to take on my complicated situation and they did not stop until we accomplished my goals. Closing staff on 6/28/19 at 11 pm gave my family and I the WORST service we've ever received in a Target. Normally our Target trips leave us feeling happy and well worth whatever we spend - but the employees here tonight were VERY quick to project whatever unfortunate things they must be going through onto other people. I can understand that it's Friday night and people want to get home from work as soon as possible, but to blatantly badmouth customers to your co-workers in front of their faces and be just plain rude is unacceptable. My family & I are from out of state. After a hectic day, we made a last minute trip to Target to pick up some essentials we needed. We were moving as fast as possible but got stuck when it came to searching for a sunblock (we only purchase sunblocks that are not harmful to the coral reefs) so it took an extra second. I turned to tell my boyfriend that one of the employees was eyeing us and that we really needed to hurry (in an attempt to be as considerate as possible) and the woman immediately began badmouthing us on her walkie-talkie RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. As if this wasn't bad enough, at checkout my sister-in-law swiped her target discount card for me just as a kindness, and when my payment wouldn't process, one of the employees stepped in and YELLED at me about how "using that discount doesn't work without a target red card" and rolled her eyes at us. I mean, geez... I'm sorry that I wasn't aware. I'm sorry that your day was so terrible you couldn't take 2 seconds to ask us if we needed help rather than immediately choose to be nasty. I would say do better, but honestly - learn how to be human. Being petty & mean is uncalled for. You never know what people could be going through. I would also like to say that by the time we got to the car, it was 11:06..... They closed at 11. If a 6 minute delay is enough to make you treat people maliciously, you need some real soul-searching. I hope you learn to treat people with respect. read more

I was very impressed with this target in little ol' Wichita Falls. It's kept very clean, is easy to find off the freeway and for being a small town it's huge and very well stocked! We mainly came in to burn some time and just window shopped. This is a larger target with groceries, a huge shoe and clothing selection and clean large restrooms that are oddly located at the back of the store. For window shopping, I can honestly say we were not hassled at all. Nobody approached and harassed us. It was extremely refreshing! The store has a Starbucks cafe inside as well that is kept clean and the staff inside is friendly. I would highly recommend them if you're visiting WF for your Target shopping needs! read more

Good Target location. It's pretty clean and everything about it is standard to other Targets. The self checkouts are very nice to have as it makes the checkout process faster for guests. The organization of the cleaning products is a big confusing - last time I was there, they had the paper products (paper towels, tissues, etc.) further in the back of the store after the grocery section, while the household cleaners were before the grocery section. Customer service is fast. I've used the in-store pickup at this location before, and they had my items ready in an hour. I've also made returns here and it was effortless. Sometimes I do think it is a bit hot/humid in this store - it's an older building and Texas summers are brutal, so maybe that's why? As always, expect it to be busy during normal peak times (weekends, evenings after school/work get out, college move-in) but dead during the weekday while everyone is at work and school. read more

I am so happy to have a Target in Wichita Falls. I moved here from Las Vegas, so imagine that for a moment. Yep, take that in. Anyway, this Target is easy to locate, has a large parking lot, and seemed cleaned/stocked. There is even a grocery area, although they are not a Great Land Target, and that is too bad. It's a nice target, just like all others. They have the same layout and selection as every other target and they have a Starbucks. Target being here makes Wichita Falls a little more tolerable as a town. The employees are nice, and the dollar section is super fun to browse through. They also have a really good book selection and movie selection. I frequent here often! read more

I'm a Target fan & this is the closest one to Lawton/Ft. Sill right now. They offer all the usual, and have a pretty large grocery section too, even though they aren't considered a "Super Target." It was also a nice surprise to see a Starbucks in the store, right next to the usual Target food court. read more

This is the cleanest and nicest target that I have been to! The staff is always friendly and they are more than willing to help you with anything! Today I went and returned some baby diapers and clothes, the associate took a little bit to come over to us but she apologized and helped us as quick as she could! After we returned the items we went to look for an outdoor baby swing for my four month old. We looked down every single aisle and we didn't find one, so we asked the toy associate for help. The associate stopped what she was doing and took us to the swing. Unfortunately the swing was out stock and she apologized. We then went up to the self check outs and checked out. I wanted to check a gift card to see if it had any more money on it, unfortunately the self check out wouldn't scan it so an associate took it and told us the balance. The only thing that I have to say about self check out is that they need to update their equipment or figure out why it is running so slow. That's the only compliant I have about my trip to this target! read more

It's target. What more is there to say? Better than walmart, still the issues of not finding the help you need when you need it because they're all gathered around chit chatting at the dressing rooms. They just need to work on their self check out area. I needed help and it seemed to take forever for anyone to come help me (even though I'm sure it was just a few minutes and I'm being dramatic) but a few of the employees just walked past me while the help light was blinking. The guy who did eventually come help me was super nice though and stopped what he was doing to help out. read more
