I felt dirty while looking around, and after I left.

I was just standing at the Kendra Scott counter, waiting to get my daughter her first pair for her birthday. 3 women are working and 2 of them are gossiping. Unfortunately she THREW it on the counter and continued to speak to the other girl. No thank you, have a nice day, or anything else was ever said to me. I guess wearing a tshirt and jeans is NOT the appropriate attire for your store. Way to go on your customer service. I wish I could return them for my money back, but you don't do cash back. These cock-ups have become more frequent as time has gone on, regardless if it's for the gray area products the store carries or things that are still completely legal and clear, and the owners need to start cracking down on ensuring their staff actually know what they're selling.

Great selection of ammo but the service needs some work. I was on a tight timeline to get home, but the cashier spent an absurdly long amount of time shooting the breeze with another customer that had already checked out with two other people waiting in line. Even after I made eye contact with him, he continued to chat without acknowledging the folks waiting to be rung up. Ended up needing to leave without making a purchase. Gotta do better than that.
