I bought a shirt in Fort Worth and returned to this store because it was defective and part of the material was shredding. I pointed this out to the associate when I returned it the day after the orginal purchase. I checked and they did not have the product in stock. This morning I ordered it online with another color as well. I received an email very shortly later saying one of the shirts was ready for pickup. I picked it up and checked it when I got the the car. It was the same defective shirt I returned the week before. They just retagged it and sold it again and lucky me, I was the one to get it. I asked for the manager and a woman came up to me though I am not sure she was the actual manager since there was no name tag or label to show her name or position. The only thing she could do was return it and refund me. They could not order it and have it delivered to my home nor could she reinstate the discount or waive shipping if I reordered. I would have to call corporate. **** Update, I had to go to the store today to get the second item in my order that was delivered to this store. I actually talked to the real manager today and she was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about the situation. We talked for a while. She was able to help me recoup my discount of a shirt I bought today and told me when I come back that she will credit me the additional 5.00 Kohl's cash that I lost in the deliver to store option. Hopefully she will also talk to the employees about returns and listening a little better. read more

During the weekend of November 9, 2019, I had quite a few coupons to burn up at Kohls thanks to their amazing, print-media campaigns of enticing me with a $5 off coupon, $10 off of $25 for Veteran's Day, and a 30% off my total purchase. The parking lot was clean and had enough space for the other customers to not hit my car. The store itself is gearing up for the increase foot traffic from the Holiday Season. The aisles and areas were neat and clean with everything organized into a proper place. The associates there were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. read more

Is it odd to review a Kohl's? Sure. But here I go anyway! It's in a nice location in Wichita Falls and is easy to get to, although there isnt much in Wichita Falls that's hard to find. I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock! (They also had some awesome clearance racks!) read more

This was my first time to ever visit this Kohl's. I was instantly impressed as soon as I walked in the door!! The cashier welcomed us and directed us to the bathing suits! She was so positive and happy to help us!! The store was very clean. The only issue I had was that I couldn't fit my babies car seat in between the clothes racks. I unfortunately didn't find a bathing suit so I walked out empty handed. While we were leaving the store the same cashier told us to have a great day and to come back soon. I was highly impressed with her going out of her way to speak to us! I will definitely be back! read more

I walked in and asked about where to find a particular item as I did not have time to search everywhere. The associate told me to go look in the kids clothes but she's not sure of what they would have and walked off. Then going to check out a customer walking in front of me to the check out line stopped in front of me about 30 feet before the line looking at other merchandise so I went around her to the register and the same associate didn't see any of that and told me that there other customer was there first so she needed to check her out first. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything as it was poor quality and overpriced anyway. That store is a waste off time money and patience. Go to Target or Old Navy read more
