I was just standing at the Kendra Scott counter, waiting to get my daughter her first pair for her birthday. 3 women are working and 2 of them are gossiping. (Not appropriate) Maybe they should have a conversation with the person that is making a purchase. When the girl wrapped my gift it looked gorgeous. Unfortunately she THREW it on the counter and continued to speak to the other girl. No thank you, have a nice day, or anything else was ever said to me. I guess wearing a tshirt and jeans is NOT the appropriate attire for your store. Way to go on your customer service. I wish I could return them for my money back, but you don't do cash back. My husband always gets my gifts from this store. He will no longer come to your store. I rather order from amazon.

These cock-ups have become more frequent as time has gone on, regardless if it's for the gray area products the store carries or things that are still completely legal and clear, and the owners need to start cracking down on ensuring their staff actually know what they're selling.
