Found few tops for my daughter in the backstage kid's section of backstage. Prices were excellent, under $20 for each. We also found couple of pairs of shoes in the women's clearance section. Both pairs had over 65% discount as they were on final sale. The staff members were friendly throughout the store. They assisted with finding the size of the shoes, did quick checkout and packed all items in paper bags. Overall it had a really nice shopping experience at this store.

This Macy's, on the farthest side of the Palisades Mall is a breath of fresh air. To add, there's a huge furniture dept on the 3rd floor. We were happy. Whether you need a new statement sofa, sectional, dining table, bed frame or something small to finish your room, this location has all the pieces. Every floor in Macy's was swarming with people and clothing racks were neat AND filled. Our guy Andrew was exceptional. He didn't nag and didn't stalk us. He went above and beyond and exuded great, old-fashioned customer service from helpfulness to language to knowledge- the dude was just high-level. The atmosphere is relaxed, he took care of pricing and we left with a smile.

This Target is harsh…read more Parking is awful here because of the huge mall environment. You have mall patrons and Target customers all competing for the same parking. Unless you visit at a very off time, expect to park far. Then there's the store itself. It's a standard Target with plenty of merchandise, a pickup area, a Starbucks within, and even lots of registers. However, at busy times, it's packed here. I've gone in, grabbed an item, gotten to the register, saw the line and just left the item. It's nuts. I recently ordered online and easily picked up in store while at the mall. Very convenient and no issues. So if you're at the mall already and need Target stuff, go for it and good luck at checkout. Otherwise, I advise hitting up other Target locations.

She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. I sometimes visit this location and its affiliate shops nearby (Sierra Trading Post, Homegoods, T. J. Maxx, etc.) to check out their shelves of beauty and hair products. It's a hit or miss type of browsing. Sometimes one can find reputable and organic brands at a hugely discount price, including products from New Zealand, Australia and South Korea. A gentleman (I'm sorry I did not get his name) helped me unlock a bag and took it to the checkout counter. Once there, Jessica was friendly and helpful. She took the time to look up my Nordstrom rewards and apply them to my purchase. All departments are fully stocked and waiting for bargain shoppers like me. I find Nordstrom Rack prices exceptional for high end merchandise. Their in house brands are comparable and also provide good value. Although the lines were long and I feel they could use an extra register or two, it was a rewarding experience. The good thing about shopping in store is not having to pay shipping. If you can find what you are looking for online and verify if they have it in store too...then you can save yourself shipping costs. They do have cute stuff, I'm not going to lie.
