    Horrendous customer service!!! The so-called manager isn't helpful at all, doesn't want to help the customer or their employees. We were the only 2 customers at the check out trying to pay for our items when they had a brand new worker working as a cashier and didn't know she could type in the barcode to check for the clearance prices of the items and WE had to tell her to do that. Then we saw the marked off prices of the items that were supposedly on sale! When we had said that in order to see the real sale prices, you gotta type in the item number to the new employee who was working, the manager on staff rolled her eyes at us, told us that the employee didn't know how to do that. Well, isn't that the job of the MANAGER to teach instead of the customer?! Then the so-called manager ("Karen") turned her back on us, talked to her other African American employee and called us "obnoxious customers," turned her back on us and was extremely rude. 3 employees - African American, Hispanic? (Not sure), Muslim (cashier) were pretty incompetent, lacked customer service, knowledge, lacked team work and were inexperienced as hell!!! The Muslim woman (Zebiba) was working hard, actually. And she had even asked for help since the Checkout line where people were waiting had gone over 20+ customers and she was the only one working the register. The African American woman told the Muslim woman that she couldn't open another register because they could only have 1 open at a time. What rule says you can ONLY have 1 register open at a time?! She simply didn't want to work, didn't want to help... Then when the Hispanic girl (Unsure of nationality) called on the mic telling her (Black woman) to help on the register, that is when she got on and opened up a second register since there was a long line of customers. I mean, come on!!! Your fellow coworker had asked for help and you come up with some bogus excuse to not help until the manager asks you to?!?? No team work at all!!! And the Latina? (Unsure of her Nationality), let's call her a "Karen," just stood around at the entrance, not helping out when SHE could have opened up another register instead of simply standing still and not helping out their employees!!! What kind of manager is that?!? Date: 1/07/23 Day: Saturday Ref: 003 Store: 01005 Time: 11:13 AM PDT Address: 17500 South Center Pkwy, Tukwila, WA Store Mgr. Kaihan K. Employee morning shift (Estimate): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM NO Management NO Knowledge about items/Barcode scanning NO Teamwork Horrendous customer service!!! Rude!!! Incompetent!! Ain't the first time we encountered bad service at this Burlington store location. Far different compared to the one in Auburn, WA, where the staff are friendly and actually willing to accommodate and help the customers... I don't know how these employees even passed the interviews. Lack of respect to the customers they're supposed to provide great service to. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!!! Go somewhere else, people!!!

    Open just a few months ago, this is a big store that has clothing wear, home essentials to big and Tall clothing! You can find a good deal here if you look. Located next to Ross and David Bridal store is clean and organized. Staff also helped with a return but couldn't take care of it due to my lack of information but the thought of having them to help was very kind!

    Eh. It's a very new store but there isn't a lot of stuff there. It's all clothes and some of the other stuff. I was looking for more furniture than clothing. Not bad but not great. Maybe they will get some more shelves and such in later.

    So selection has improved ever so slightly. So has staffing. And u can still feel eyes in u at all times. But not as bad I guess.

    I guess they opened earlier then their expected opening date. It is very nice and clean. There were lots more to choose from here.

    Shopping and dining in Seattle, Washington…read more.. My high school classmate suggested that we meet at Southcenter for dinner. I asked him, "Do you think that my niece will know that place?" He said "yes" and asked her to pick a place. My niece provided a list of restaurants: Mr. Dimsum Marugame Udon Cheesecake Factory Sushi Hanami Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya We met for ramen... even though there's an Olive Garden at this mall... LOL! Parking was free, easy, and plentiful! Inside, Southcenter was beautiful, modern, gigantic, clean, air-conditioned, and well-lit. We'll have to return when we have more time! I saw some cute stores (like Pop Mart, Daiso, BoxLunch, and Build-a-Bear) as we walked to the restaurant!

I asked a security guard where it was, she directed me to Lens Cracters...I ASKED for directions to warby parkers! I went into Lens Crafters and asked where Parkers was...this yahoo said to go out, take a right, another right and 1 more right. That basically put me back where I initially started but more pissed off than before. When I finally found it I was completely blown by their response to Molina or having Medicare. Apparently, after giving my personal information, I'm ineligible to receive services without having to pay full price and hope for reimbursement...Yeah, I'm Spent!!
