I do not particularly care for their choices of face products , as Ross is definitely better at providing good skin care products then Burlington. Stay away. This Burlington's location is horribly managed. There were only 2 cashiers and a line wrapping almost the entire width of the store. It looked like Black Friday on an early Friday night in the middle of May! What? There was no special sale or occasion. I was making a quick stop to buy low cost but good quality socks and was waiting almost an hour in line. It barely moved! I left and went across the street to Ross. Better selection and self checkout. I was in/out in 5 minutes. Huge difference. I later told my aunt and she told me I should've asked cause she experienced the same! It's crazy to use the restroom. Literally walked all the way to the back of the store just to be told by one of the store associates to go back to the front and ask the security guy. Why is the restroom under lock and key? It's weird to ask the restroom. At least put the restroom near your fitting rooms. That way someone's always there. read more

It's usually 4 cashiers but only 2 are working while the others are either talking or folding up go backs. The line wait is never anywhere under 30mins. Every single time... I am done with Burlington! 1) The fitting rooms are closed. It's June 2023, why are fitting rooms still closed!? Everywhere else is open. 2) The bathrooms are now closed to the public. Nothing worse then shopping with your children, and your kid starts complaining with urgency to use the restroom after you have been shopping for an hour. Then have to leave the store and everything you spent an hour looking for behind. Ugh! 3) 1 maybe 2 cashiers for a line of 20+ people. Yea it's happened, way more times then I can count. Walked in to this Burlington and the loss prevention d{o}uche was PERSONALLY insulted when I didn't respond to him as he said hello to me.. he proceeded to follow me until I asked for a manager, and then he yelled at me. I asked him if he was okay, and he said he wasn't. Once a manager came, she had no idea what she was doing because she was very young and inexperienced, sad to say. Ultimately, she told me that she did not know both sides to the story so essentially she wasn't going to do anything. She probably shouldn't be put in a managerial position as she seems to not be able to comprehend basic reports from potential patrons. She should work in a position where she is not responsible for any sort of decision making on a businesses behalf. Also, I think she may have been on something, who knows.. she just didn't seem to be able to compute reality. She also didn't seem concerned about my experience nor with the fact that the loss prevention associate said he was not okay. Those both seem like serious and logical complaints to me. She was just happy as pie with allowing someone, that greets patrons as they enter into the business in an asinine and aggressive way, to continue about their work shift. This store not only lost out on my money, but moving forward, I will NEVER visit another Burlington again. And by the way, this was the first time that I have ever been to a Burlington. I heavily recommend that you do not ever visit this store unless you would like to get verbally assaulted by the loss prevention employee serving his time in the dark corners of the store. I will be following up with the store and speaking with higher managerial authority in the next coming days to report not only the loss prevention associate, but also the "manager" associate. This type of behavior is not acceptable from people who claim a check that they do not earn. The amount of money I would've spent in there today ultimately would have helped line their pockets as I would've been a paying customer for the company that pays them a check for their livelihood. I will make sure to report this incident as high as I need to, until I find a honorable Burlington associate who is willing to truly resolve this issue. read more

This location has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. At checkout, 4 employees were at the registers but only 2 were checking out customers. The other 2 stood there ignoring the long line and sorted through clothes that needed to be put back. 5 different potential customers left their items in line and left. I waited in line for 20 mins, before I went to go look for a manager. I found a gentleman working. When I asked him if there is someone that can help, he was rude, dismissive and just walked off. So that is what the stars are for. Now before anything fire the damn store manager. How do you not allow access to the bathrooms when the line is backed up to Arizona? It's like a better version of Ross and DD's, the store was fairly clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in, they have each area labeled above head was easy to navigating through the store. I just needed to grab dress shoes for my little girl super quickly I found a few shoes that were decent and her size which felt like my lucky day. Prices were very good too. The only complaint is that they had a huge line to check out with only two cashiers I ended up waiting about 15-17 minutes just to check out. read more

I was disrespected at Burlington today. 1/10/25. While I was there I found some sweats that I liked. Went to pay for them and was treated like a common criminal. I went to pay for my stuff and the guy at the register goes and gets the manager. The manager comes over and tells me we can't take my money. I had paid with a 100 dollar bill. They acted as if I had made a counterfeit. When I stated I just got this from the bank which I did and pulled out 4 more 100 dollar bills. They wanted to take my money then. Because I am black I am now a theif. I have a good job. To be disrespected like that is unforgivable. I watched a lady 2 registers down pay with a 100 dollar bill as well. Nobody went and got a manager. But to be honest. She wasn't a 6ft black man like myself. So that was the difference. Also, the last time before today that I went to this store there was a security pin (the ones they take out of the clothes) that got stuck on my shoe but it didn't reach my foot thanks God cause I was wearing chunky shoes, I did let the person by the door know about that incident. After todays visit, and I horrible visit last week at a different (rainbow/lake mead) I very highly doubt I will ever shop at Burlington ever again. I was returning an item I had bought at the rainbow/lake mead location that had a broken seal (hair product). That's unsafe & of course wouldn't use it. I walked in to this store about a half hour after opening. The front door had a barricade stopping people from entering. There was no security person or store employee standing there to let anyone in. I helped myself to the rope & went to get in line for the return. There was approximately 10 people in front of me. I tried to peak over the line barricade & cod see 2 lights on at the registers. Well, after 15 minutes I got around the corner of the line to see 2 lights on but one cashier. Are you kidding me? By this time there were more people in line behind me. I stood in line for at least 30 minutes to return one item. And that poor cashier. Well no, I take that back. She wasn't even nice. She didn't greet me or apologize for the ridiculous wait time & by that point, I wad pissed & had to bite my tongue not to complain. When I made my return, which was purchased using my debit, she handed me cash back. I said no I want it back on my card. Oh no, we can't do that since it was debit. AYFKM? This is 2023 & they can't put my purchase return back to my debit? Today sealed Burlington's fate after my horrible experience the previous week at the other location (yes, I left a Yelp review for that too). I love Ross & never ever in all my years have had any issues. I'll continue to give them my business along with Marshalls & TJ MAXX, where the stores are clean & their employees are kind. It seemed like each BCF has drastically changed from when it first opened its doors. Before, it's basically just coats of all styles for each individual. Now it's a bunch of clothes wear, not much coats, and house wares. But, most places I visited and checked, it's like a discount store where clothes, kitchen house wares, luggage, & accessories were everywhere and staff attempting but unsuccessfully of keeping the place presentable. Worse of all, people coming to shop act like the people working there should pick up and clean after them.... It's really sad!! I've shopped the Burlington stores in a few cities & states. My 1st time in NV. All of the stores layout are the same! I could go in blindfolded & find my way around to all of the same dated out of style brands. Baby Phat, Fila etc. The only things I find when I do go hoping the store has changed and upgraded are some home goods--- towels etc. I swear the same dated holiday items are displayed from one year to another. read more
