Long lines and no employees, they just sit there and look dumb, hire more people!!!! I stood in line 45 min for a shirt!

Every summer I have to come here and grab more flip flops. Normally @ $2/pair. Can never have too many sandals and they surprisingly last a very long time. Sales people were friendly at this store and helped me get the new ones I needed. Hopefully be back soon, if not... see ya next summer. read more

I've been to quite a few ON stores around town and this is one of my favorite locations! The only thing I don't like is the fact that when there's a great sale, they sell out and quick so you have to be on it! Hence -1*. The kids area is located in the back of the store and is nicely sectioned off by gender and size! I think it's pretty cool that each section also has its own clearance section so your not rummaging through a complete unorganized mess! Simply put, the store is a great place to stop by for cute season themed outfits for your kids just before the holidays or just quick and easy shopping in general. If I never stepped foot in another clothing store besides ON again, I'm rest assured they'd have everything I needed! read more

My husband wanted an Old Navy American flag tshirt so I called to see if there were any left. Jordan sneered and confirmed that there was indeed one in his size. He even offered to hold it in my name. So off I went and paid for it. I bought a hair and body spray as well. The employees that received my payment were courteous and helpful. FYI- to anyone shopping at ON there is an announcement on the entrance doors that 15 cents will be charged to put your purchases in. This has been in effect since 6/15/2023. read more

They did a lot of remodeling to the store and it looks really cute. The cash registers were right next to the door but now they have placed them so when you walk in you face the cash register. It gives the whole store a more open sense of feel. They have really cute jury selection think of it like a mini Clair's The staff is very friendly and asked if we needed help throughout the whole time that we were there. They have somebody in the dressing room asking you if you need any size differences to let them know which is also really helpful because it cut do you on a lot of time from having to go back in get your right size. Never had a bad experience at this store but today was even better. Came to exchange and return a few things I bought online. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I needed in stock. Reordering and refund was easy peasy thanks to Kim. She took care of everything for me. It doesn't hurt that she has a very sunny personality as well. Yesterday my best friend and I decided to brave the open doors to shopping and we came into Old Navy. We were on a mission to find her daughter pants, which we successfully did. My post is to comment how amazing the customer service was while we were here. EVERY staff we passed said "welcome in" and "if there is anything they could help us find please let them know" we heard this from at least 5 team members! We were blown away by the cleanliness, organization and courteous customer service. Walked by 4 employees and not one soul greeted me. They basically just walked past me multiple times and no hi, no nothing. This place definitely needs work in the customer service department. Even the guy at the register barely said a word to me. He asked me the basic "did you find everything okay?" and "your total is" ... The three stars are for their affordable price and the availability of the product I was looking for. I will always love old navy. It's my go to place to purchase plain tees, tanks, sometimes pants and summer dresses. This specific location is just a turn off. I got an e-mail that certain clothing items were on sale for only a certain amount of time for one day only. The e-mail got my attention because I headed off! I showed up an hour after they opened and was surprised to find what I was looking for wasn't on sale, but for just one style. I ended up picking out a couple sizes of that one style and headed off to the dressing room. After I went back to the same area, the rest of the styles were now on sale. I wish they would have had the signs out when they were supposed to however I did find my size and picked out a what I liked instead of having to settle on the original one. Inside this location is smaller than the one off Lake Mead and Rainbow, so selections are slim. I did notice a rack with just returned items from purchases made by customers online and this can be a plus for someone looking for "tall" sizes since they currently don't sell the tall sizes in the store unless it's returned from an online purchase. The girl who helped me at the register was nice and I will stop by on occasion to have a look at the clearance section, but will stick to the other location that's got more variety and a bigger clearance section. read more

This location is WAY better than the location in Best of the West Plaza on Rainbow and Lake Mead. The inventory is more diverse and the baby section is twice the size. I will only come to this location now -- Less traffic and better selection plus the clearance section is MASSIVE. read more

I can always find something on sale in here. I don't think I've ever walked out without a bag, especially for my 8yr old. Everyone is pleasant and most of the time the store is well kept and of course if it's a busy time things may be tossed around but it's not for the lack of them trying to keep it neat read more

This store is a HOT MESS. Literally a mess, clothes everywhere and in big piles which made it hard to sort through to find my color and size. From now on I will venture to the Town Square location even though this store is closer to me. The staff that I came across during the 30 mins I was there, could hardly make eye contact. I had to say HELLO first to the staff member who helped me at the register. She was so worried about another late worker that she was yelling at her while helping me. The counter at the register was full of clothes, hangers, and random boxes. The floors could have used a good sweeping and waxing. The front doors were so smudged with handprints, I could barely find my way out. Out is where I will stay as far as this location is concerned. read more

Gobble Gobble! Ladies you will understand my Thanksgiving clothing dilemma. You wake up on Thursday morning, grab the sale flyers, plan your Black Friday attack and then gorge on a great Thanksgiving meal. On Black Friday you are supposed to take your now full belly that is sticking out from all of the great carbs that you devoured the night before and try on clothes that now don't fit because you got lazy over the holidays and chose eating a holiday cookie with sprinkles over going to Zumba class. Luckily Black Friday has now become Turkey Thursday. A good chunk of the sales started on Thursday morning instead of Friday at midnight. We can now buy our clothes before the 5,000 calorie turkey day meal. Old Navy decided that instead of lounging around and planning my shopping attack I was to throw on whatever fit, hop in the car and go lay claim to some $15 skinny jeans. Yes, that right, the Old Navy skinny jeans that just make your ass look oh so good were on sale for $15. I called first to verify that the jeans were on sale for $15 with no strange strings attached to the purchase price and that my size was still available. The woman that I spoke to was a manager. She did a shelf check for me and verified that yes, the sale had no fine print and that my size was still on the shelf. So here I go to Old Navy, hair in a pony tail of death, big football t shirt left over from an ex, when I should be getting ready for a half day of work and baking my contribution to friends pot luck Thanksgiving Day dinner. The parking lot was full. I got the last space at the end of the lot, grabbed my keys and headed toward the door. Between me and the door was a perfume squirter. Bad timing.. Very very bad timing... One of those perfume squirters was stopping people in the parking lot. She is a woman, does she not understand that stopping people from time sensitive shopping deals is a bad idea? She almost got run over by a truck before she approached me and tried to squirt me with a free sample of whatever the hell perfume she was trying to sell. I firmly said no and brushed past her. I don't have time for this. $15 skinny jeans await. I walk into the store and it was mobbed. A sales clerk handed me some 3-D glasses and a coupon. The coupon was for 10% off of a $100 purchase. I never figured out how to use the 3-D glasses. I walk back to where Old Navy stacks the skinny jeans. Surprisingly the section was not disheveled. I searched for my jeans and didn't see them in the right length. I asked a sales woman if there were more in the back. She said that there were alot more and went in the back and grabbed me a few pairs. I went right into the dressing room. I really don't know why there wasn't a wait for the rooms with the mob that was shopping but I went right in. Damn my ass looks good in these jeans! All of the extra workouts over the past year were worth it. Two spins in the mirror and then back into my own clothes. I looked around and never did find the table with the $5 t-shirts but now time is of the essence. I have to get back to Thanksgiving day reality and bake my secret recipe Alfredo dish before heading in for my half day of work. I must now navigate around the unsupervised toddlers and teenage girls bickering with mom about how tight jeans should be and get into the long line of of people who are in just as much of a rush as I am to check out and move on. The line was about 30 deep but they had six checkers working and it took about 10 minutes for it to be my turn. The jeans rang up at the $15 sale price and I grabbed my bag and headed toward the door. 4 Stars on a hectic day! They had my jeans, they rang up correctly, the crowd was handled quickly and my ass looks great. Star is lost because after rounding the store and following staff directions I never did find the $5 T-shirts. read more

The selection isn't huge here but there's enough to keep me coming back! The sales are usually pretty good and the service has always been decent. Every now and then the manager shows up at the register and things speed up and he's very helpful and pleasant, but no one has ever offered me help while shopping or been easy to find when I have needed help. read more

Haven't been here in a while. I always bring something home when I come in. This time I couldn't find what I was looking for though. I like the different styles of pants and jeans you can chose from but I wish they had capris. I needed them for work and I love that I always find the right pants for my body shape. read more

Okay. I usually do not care to write a yelp review about a chain store like Old Navy. However, I must make an exception because my experience was AWFUL the other day. The minute I walked in there were two girls folding clothes at the front and they greeted me. They then proceeded to talk very loudly about rude customer experiences they have. (Professional.) They were loud and obnoxious and did not even attempt to be quiet when I would come near them. Then when leaving to check out, one of the same girls (I believe her name was Avery or Aubrey) called me down to check out. I was standing at the counter in front of her and she didnt even greet me...but instead was yelling to another coworker like 6 registers down about how rude the last customer was. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I usually could care less about a little 17 year old twit working at clothing store. But I just could not believe the unprofessional attitude of all three girls that worked there. In today's economy sales people lack customer service and Old Navy Associates consistently offer good customer service. They are ok. I needed a few extra items while visiting Las Vegas and this was the only clothing store in the vicinity. I would have been better off at WalMart. All of their jeans are skinny jeans....way too tight thru the legs and I'm not heavy. The shirts lacked any style and/or quality to them. I will probably never set foot in an Old Navy again. Terrible customer service... From the MANAGER. I went in to this Old Navy to check out their clearance clothes and found some super cute black shorts marked 75% off at $5.99. I loved them so much I got a pair in beige and navy blue- both marked at the same price as the black ones. When I got to the register, the shorts didn't ring in as their clearance price, instead they were $22. I brought that to the cashier's attention and he called his manager over. The manager Meredith Moore told me that they had been marked wrong and that we wouldn't get that price for two of them, but the navy pair would be $2.97. So even though their clearance price was on the tag, they would not honor their price. I work in retail and when we put the wrong price on something and a customer brings it to the counter, we honor that price and take the tags off anything else of that same thing that's the same wrong price. Needless to say, I did not get the $22 shorts. Meredith's customer service was terrible and left me mad for hours. You may want to have an employee walk around with you everywhere and verify each price. Better yet, don't even go here. I will never recommend it to anyone. In fact I'll discourage it. read more

I called the store to make sure they had toddler sizes and then came to the store. The associate on the phone said it was dead inside and everything was really clean and tidy since not much traffic. (I had asked if it was clean and tidy.) Entering the toddler department, it was all a mess, disorganized. The signage was poorly displayed. The manager and an associate were in that department complaining to each other about all the stuff they had to assign to people, my entire time there. They were just standing and not cleaning or straitening anything. When I went to check out the manager was standing near checkout looking at stuff. I stood behind the lady getting checked out. The manager instructed me to leave my place in line, and walk around the rainbow and get back in line. I was confused. I asked why and she said she was next. I apologized and said I'm sorry I thought she worked here. She said she did but she is checking out. Understanding now I walked all the way over to her and got behind her. The lady that was behind me stepped up to that same line I was in and was served next. Another associate checked the manager out. The manager tried to make her stop, and make her walk all the way around to where I was. I told her no don't worry about it I'm not rude. The manager whipped her head at me and demanded to know how she was rude. I told her I wasn't rude to make a lady that had already put all her stuff on the table to stop and start over. The manager was very offended. I told her she assumed to much and was entitled to check out after a day's work like anyone else. The manager quit speaking to me and checked out and left. If old navy is wondering why sales are low at this store I would say location, cleanliness and talent. Adrian checked me out and was very sweet, helpful and pleasant. He gets a gold star. Although this Old navy isn't as big as the other it does carry good clothing . The store is constantly changing to promote its new arrivals, which makes it new and interesting everytime i step in. The workers are also very friendly and always willing to help. read more
