Their policy is that no orders can be placed over the phone even when it is their mistake. I physically have to go to the store to return the product and order the correct product only to be delivered to my address. How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.

I have been a SoundRunner customer for a few years now. They worked with me till I found a shoe…read morethat was right for me and now I basically just get the newer model when I need to get a new pair of shoes. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They are experienced runners and really know what they are doing. The shop is always neat and clean. On a normal day you could just walk in and someone will work with you in person however with Covid-19 running rampant they have shifted to try and overcome closing down to stay open for the running and fitness community they support. They offer virtual fittings by appointment but I already knew what I needed. I needed to buy a new pair of pretty much the same shoe I've been wearing. So I called and spoke with Amy and she was able to pull up my customer information by phone number and see the exact shoe I purchased last time and pick the shoes I wanted. I paid over the phone. I called when I got there and they ran the shoes out to me. The staffer who came out had a mask and gloves on and stayed 6 feet away as we passed off the bag. I was a loyal customer before this and I will continue to be a customer because of this experience. I hope they are able to stay open during this and continue to prosper.
